Visonic K9-85 SMA Next Plus Pet-Tolerant Digital Pir Detector

This works perfect with my Xfinity system. It paired easily and has been working great over the past few months I've had it. Since my daughter has been staying with us in the basement over the last month, we have forgotten to turn off the motion a couple times and it has triggerred each time she got up and walked in front of it.

Great add on sensor to Xfinity security system, works like a charm. Easy to set up, pair, and mount! Would recommend for future buyers! I am changing my review...sensor goes to sleep after 15mins...will not trigger an alarm or track movement after that time. Tried several times even a new battery same outcome. Had to return sorry, really hoped it would work.

Didn't realize this unit was for a hardware motion senser. Can't install it on my wireless system

Mine came with a defective battery. I took a new one out of a different sensor and this sensor now is working fine. Sincethese batteries cost around $6 each, it increased the cost of this sensor considerably. Not appreciated.

Works great, but seems to devour batteries. Out of the box, I had a tough time getting cover reattached after installing the battery (it's easy once you finally figure out how to position and snap the circuit board behind the tab structure) - it was in motion as I fiddled with it, and by the time I figured it out, the (not inexpensive - CR123a) battery was drained. The low battery indicator then haunted the security system until I picked up a replacement. It has been in a drawer since then, and I'm curious to install it permanently, and see how the battery life holds up in actual use.

Easy to install and it works very well. Best price you can find online.

Paired easily with the tech code available from Xfinity. Does ignore my 55 pound dog but when my two dogs wrestle around together it will trigger.

Wrong description of unit. Says it uses a 3 volt battery, while it does not.
