Very well made and the artwork is good. It comes from over seas so, takes a while to get here but, well worth the wait. Bought it as a father's day present for myself and to see how the art came out before I buy the whole family one. It was a pic of me and my son in the hospital and somehow someway the seller got the piece here before father's day like one day before. Amazing thank you

I was afraid the details would be too fine to be engraved but they did it! I cannot recommend this company to make engraved necklaces. Pfft I may do it again

Quality is sub par. Edges rough and piece is easily scratched. Inferior, cheap quality. No return policy as they reside in China. Complete rip off. Communications horrible. Suggest going to your local jeweler to have your keepsake done right with the quality you expect. Disappointed that this company is allowed on Amazon.

This pendant gives me something to hold now that I can’t hold my Steven any longer, not physically anyway. It brings tears both happy and sad and I am thankful I was able to make such a stunning memorial.

Product worth the money. Engraving was very nice

I got the wrong engraving. When I requested for a return I am required to pay the postage per seller policy. The seller is located in Denmark and would cost me $30 to mail it back from the US. Almost the same price as the product. Not worth spending $30 on mailing a necklace. The engraving font on it was nice. I would recommend a font only necklace. But the image of whoever dog I think could have been better. Its kinda odd looking but you can tell its a dog. I think? It makes me wonder how bad the face looks on whoever got mine...
