These are nice and bright and the perfect size for a rider above a real estate sign!

This was a great way for a new Realtor who did not want to pay $12 per 6x24 sign from a local printing company.

Not all of the signs are double-sided with the same information. One side says "Sale Pending" the other side shows "Sold" this was on two of the riders, the New Listing rider, one side was printed upside down. I ordered this because I needed this quickly to place on my signs. I ended up renting riders until I could get correct signs ordered and picked up.

Riders exactly what I expected. They fit my sign holder perfectly. Received them quickly. Best of all, a great value for quality and price.

Package was good and signs were in good shape.
