Brilliant easy clean non stick, very little discolouring the lid and handle do not get hot. A little pricey but the best.

I love this pan. It’s a tad expensive but you get what you pay for and this is built to last. It’s really easy to use and clean, even scrambled eggs just float off. It’s a good weight as well. Cooks evenly and the glossy copper is beautiful. I plan to buy more of the pans in this range. A really good buy.
