The lamp does exactly what I expected it to do. It's large enough to fit a whole hand inside. The base removes so that you can do your toes. The sensor is low on the sides, so you need to make sure your hands are on the plastic base in order to trigger the LEDs.My only complaint is that the base comes off a little too easily. If you lift it from the top, the base can fall right off. It's a relatively small issue, but I do wish the magnets were stronger. If you do not put your lamp away between use or move it, it's a non-issue.

Still amazing after 4 years
Love everything about my lamp. I purchased mine in 2019 and it has been amazing for the last 4 years.. without losing drying power. Love the ability to increase power if/when needed as well as the versatility in counting down (preset) or free-range timing. The removable bottom is great for pedicures and gives me one less thing to clean. Like ANY electrical lamp, suggest cleaning as per the documented instructions to get the best life.
