Noise level is not loud hut you can hear it. Controls are great. Airflow is great. Installation is easy. Got it in sale so yes Great value for money that i got 2 for each bedroom. No issues since purchase.

Customer service is awful. My remote only worked once. They wanted pic and video and invoice order numbers etc etc, I am 80 yrs old and had a lot of trouble sending pics and vids from phone to email. I asked them for a number that I could text pics and videos and invoice to as I am not very tec savy. At this point I am so frustrated that I feel like sending the whole unit back to Amazon for a refund. Garvee will never get my business again. The unit is cooling very well but I have to keep getting up in night to switch from cool to fan etc.

Been a few weeks, works great so far. Really takes the edge off on the hottest days and nights. Easy to set up and easy to move around to different rooms. Running on LOW it can handle one large bedroom with two computers and a 3D printer running continuously.

I think 4 stars or 5 stars, not sure which. I think this is a nice unit. I'm a bit spoiled by a Midea I got a few years ago, it is still working perfectly and is very quiet, but I put it in my dad's room so I'm not using it at the moment. This unit gets nice and cold. It produces a lot of water here, so you may end up emptying it a lot. The window setup was really easy and I think it will work well for many sizes of standard windows, and may be easy to rig into non-standard wood windows, not sure. The screw-on attachments are probably a weak point on this product. I connected the window tube first easily, but connecting to the unit took a few minutes and felt a little flimsy. AC/Fans on this unit are loud. Low is loud, high is a bit louder. Didn't bother me much since I kind of like a fan sound, but you're in the 50-60db range I think. Overall seems to be a good unit, works well, and it's hard to get cold air in this price range, so good value.

We got this GARVEE 8,000 BTU 3-in-1 Portable Air Conditioner for my elderly mother-in-law, and it’s been a wonderful addition to her home. One of our biggest concerns was whether it would be easy for her to use, but the controls are straightforward, and she figured it out quickly without getting frustrated. That alone made it worth it for us. It cools her room efficiently, and she likes having the option to use the fan and dehumidifier functions as well. The unit is surprisingly quiet, rolls easily from room to room, and the installation was simple. Overall, this has been a great purchase that keeps her comfortable while being easy enough for her to operate independently. I’d definitely recommend it, especially for seniors or anyone looking for a user friendly portable AC.

The unit is well packed and easy to install. We notice the exhaust tube gets extremely hot. With the heat off the tube and the unit can only blow cool air out oh 5 feet, it has a difficult time to cool a small room. Its been on cold high straight for over 2 days and our livingroom is still 80 degrees at almost 10pm. It give relief only when you sit right in front of it.

Great for the value! Are there better ones with better features out there? Yes. But if you simply want to cool that upstairs, garage, or any area that gets hotter in the summer then this it! Love this and cools the room off fast. People complaining how loud it is when in reality it’s quite for how much it puts out. If you want a whisper quite ac unit go spend $1000 on one. This is a simple ac that just does the job and does it well

As the saying goes, you get what you pay for and this Air Conditioner is terrible. It's far from quiet, it's actually quite loud. It cycles itself and there's no way to bypass it. The compressor kicks on and off and when it kicks back on it's very loud. It wakes me up at night. Also when it cycles the air temperature coming out changes as well, it doesn't continuously blow cold air. It automatically shuts off when it reaches temperate and the only way to bypass that is sleep mode but that's when you really hear the compressor kicking on and off. I gave it 1 star because it does work, it just doesn't work well enough.
