Best harness ever, quick delivery and excellent customer service
I checked out all the dog harnesses online and this is one of the few that has a strap support in the front. My dog is a Ridgeback/Boxer mix that weighs 100 lbs and has an odd shape(deep chest and very narrow waist. I originally ordered an XXL and unfortunately it did not fit him properly. It fit around the chest but was too loose around the waist. I desperately needed a harness because he was scheduled for front leg surgery in 2 days. I contacted the company and Noah immediately sent him another with overnight delivery. Amazingly, I received it early next morning while he was in surgery and I was able to pick him up and fit him with the new one. It fit perfectly. Being an old man I don't know what I would've done without it. Due to the slight split in the middle this harness balances and supports his body evenly. The strap around the front chest secures it from slipping and collecting around his belly section. Most other harnesses I considered did not have this front strap and looks like they only support their rear hip and legs. The quality is A1 and it is very well made. What truly impressed me the most was the care and kindness shown by Noah who is a sincere animal lover and cares about people and their pets. The service and care shown by him is a rarity in this day and age. Thank you very much Noah.D

A little tight
The velcro closure closest to the head fits a bit tight. The second closure, toward the rear fits fine. I'm hoping it might stretch a bit. The quality is wonderful. I bought the other sling w/o the chest strap, and that one fits perfectly. The measurements of both are supposed to be the same. I fashioned a strap myself on the other one and I am amazed that the fabric never tore where I made the cuts. I used it for at least 6 months of constant use. I wish they would add a strap to that style.

Ease of use, effective.
LABRA is the best sling product we found of the three we ordered! I love two characteristics about the LABRA. First, it's very comfortable for our dog and second, it has a front chest support strap. The other two slings we bought always slipped to the back of our dogs legs and we had to stop and readjust it multiple times. This product keeps the sling in place, which is essential. Our 66 lb. Goldendoodle had TPLO (CCL) surgery on his knee and this sling made it far easier to help him walk around. As an added plus, the LABRA sling gives the owner great control: when we take our short walks two weeks post surgery, our dog still wants to greet other dogs and chase bunnies, which is an absolute no-no right now. By holding onto the handles of the LABRA and his collar, I am able to keep him still, so he doesn't risk his knee recovery. I didn't have this control with the other slings.

Stitching is sorely lacking-otherwise great.
When this wrap/lift arrived within 24 hrs on Jun 21st, I was SO pleased. Our 16 yr old Cattle / Chow dog mix is having issues with his rear legs, especially the right side. Due to poor eyesight, he tends to 'trip', then falls, and leans to the right while walking sometimes. He slips while attempting to stand while on anything slippery, as the rear is not strong enough to push up, the front end is trying make up for it. He has no arthritis as per Vet, but his muscles are weakening. This item fit perfectly, Big Red does not seem to mind, so I was thrilled. There seemed to be a separate item missing, a little 'wrap' to hold the straps together while on the dog, alas, I did not care, I zip tied them instead. Most importantly it needed to last......Durability is where I was a bit disappointed--not the actual wrap, but of the stitching, thread count used. First issue happened about 1 week ago, the stitching gave way which holds one of the metal pieces to the wrap, I lifted the dog, and pop....it came loose.Next issue happened over the past 2 days. Stitching all along one of the straps gave way, in the photo you can see just how thin the thread is, plus only a single row of stitching on each side of the strap. One stitch breaks and they all give way at once.Big Red is between 52 & 55 lbs. The stitching needs to be tough enough for a heavy dog, as this is a large, made for that size dog.A few years ago we bought a different lift for another dog, when he got older and had ankle issues, however, that lift did not work for our Red. Did a thorough search and found this, like I said it works really well.Big Red's lift needed to be a single handle lift, as my husband only has one arm. The other lift we have requires 2 hands. The design is perfect for our dog....I now have the areas mentioned, held together by old fashion safety pins.I will be contacting the company, for a replacement.

It's about the strap
I've been looking for awhile for a harness that didn't slip backward or forward when I assist my 16 year old dog up and down stairs. I took a chance on this and am I ever glad I did. The harness goes on very easily with the velcro and the front strap was extremely easy to adjust and now clasp. My dog is essentially terrified of and hates anything put around her body, but after a few times doing this, she is quite at ease with allowing me to put it on.I got a medium as my dog is about 33 pounds. It fits perfectly. Now my dog can safely go up and down stairs without risk of falling or falling out of a harness. I'm no longer at risk of hurting my back by trying to pick her up to carry her. The strap keeps her intact and alleviates the danger of her slipping out of the harness while going down the stairs.Such a simple thing, the strap, but genius. Very glad I made this purchase.
