Mount is great, But they sent me a black one instead like the other review someone posted, the color options are reversed if you want the gold one i guess order black. other reviewer ordered black and got the goldish one i ordered the goldish one and got the black one i was tempted in knocking a star off but its not the products fault its the seller or whatever

The mount is wobbly.
The locking mechanism of the NVG mount has a design flaw. When closed, it just hangs loosely without any crisp "click" to confirm it's locked. During a skirmish, a BB pellet hit the side of my helmet, and the night vision device, along with the mount, flew off and hit the ground. Thankfully, the lens didn't break, but my heart was bleeding all the way back as I picked it up. I strongly suggest the manufacturer put more effort into the design—this level of locking force is completely unreliable for real night vision equipment.
