I am soooo glad I ordered this!! I needed something comfortable for my music room and after comparing different bean bags I went with the Ultimate Sack 6000 with footstool. I was somewhat nervous after reading some reviews but took the leap. Let me address some of these negative reviews. First off, the so called "bad smell". This thing is loaded with memory foam. Memory foam is man made. That means chemicals. Your new car, couch, wallpaper all have a chemical smell at first. This bag has a slight smell that goes away after a few days. Seriously not even that bad I've smelled worse at the tire store when getting new tires. Such a silly thing to complain about. Secondly the other biggest complaint is under filling. If you would take the time to watch a YouTube video you would know the bag needs a little help. Grab the kids, grandkids or angsty teenagers and have them start beating on the foam. Pull it apart. Flip the bag , toss the bag. The more you manhandle it the quicker it fluffs up. You can't just take it from the box, plop it on the floor and wait 3 days. Yes it's super heavy and the 6000 is humongous but recruit some helpers and you'll be fine. For the price this thing is excellent quality. The inner canvas liner is very well made. The outer cover is soft and removable. The zippers are heavy and strong. The footstool is a must with the 6000. You just plop down and the bag conforms to your body. I use a throw pillow behind my head and with my legs on the footstool I'm ready to zone out for hours. If you were hesitant on buying this I'm telling ya to go for it. I'm a thrifty person and this is one purchase I don't regret.

****update**** Been meaning to post this sooner, but kept forgetting. We worked with the company and asked for fabric samples. The customer service was awesome. For some reason we it took the mail system three trys before we finally got our samples and by then we were out of the 30 day return window. Because we remained in contact with the company while waiting for the samples, they said it wouldn’t be a problem to exchange covers. We went with the Cloud Fur and we love this chair. It is literally like a big, fluffy cloud now and so soft. I recommend going on the company website first and ordering samples before ordering. Had I known that, it would have saved some hassle on my end and for the company. I’m changing the rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the wonderful customer service experience and we were able to exchange for a super soft cover. This chair is like a big hug and I recommend to anyone. So glad we didn’t return and we exchanged covers.We purchased the 6000 Sac and footstool, the description said fur so we ordered the tiger fur it’s not fur at all and is kinda rough.The sac and footstool came vacuum packed, and let me tell you my wife and I broke up the foam and tossed this heavy sac around until we broke up every piece. We kept doing it everyday making sure we fluffed it all up still seems like it is only 3/4 full same with the footstool. I read all the reviews and they definitely contradict what I got. Everything I read said soft furry. I remember reading a review from a gentleman larger than myself that actually lead me to ordering this brand. I don’t know if I can live with this cover it looks awesome but I need soft and comfy.

Love this new addition! Can fit two adults but difficult to move the shape around. I thought it was lumpy at first but you don’t notice much after 5 minutes. The foot rest doesn’t have much purpose but it’s cute.

The bean bag is large and very comfortable to sit/lay on. The little extra money for the foot stool was worth it. I use it with the big chair or by itself sometimes. I’m 5’8” and lay on it comfortably but my feet do hang off the chair which is fine with the foot stool there.First picture is my 12lb dog who looks small in this chair and he loves it. Second pic is chair with foot stool. Shows how the foot stool is a nice size and the brown color I got which I thought might be ugly but I actually like it. It’s like a Hershey chocolate color.It can be a little awkward to situate the chair to make it comfortable to sit up right. You usually need a pillow behind you. What can help with this is putting it up against a wall. The chair is also very heavy to move around.Your body sinks into the chair which is nice but I found it uncomfortable to sleep on. I think my height was a factor but also I like to sleep on my side which was the main problem. Sleeping on your back in this chair is fine.

This chair is great. I fixed up the spare bedroom to be a reading/relaxing room and this chair fits perfectly and is very comfortable. You sink in and are supported at the same time. It is big and fits one large adult perfectly. Would fit two adults to cuddle. The foot stool is a must buy because it extends the platform of the chair and you have someplace to rest your feet it you want to stretch out.
