Happy wife = happy life.
My wife says since I have been wearing this that my snoring is nearly gone. I have had sleep apnea for years. I did not want to be hooked up to a machine so I just lived with it. My poor wife had many nights that I woke her up because my snoring was so loud. I decided to give chin straps a try cause what's there to lose. After searching and trying different brands I settled on this one. It does take some getting use to. The only down fall is that sometimes it does make my chin sore because of the constant pressure to keep my mouth closed. Other than that I am so thankful for this. This little thing has changed my sleep and hers.

I bought it to have my husband try it and I was surprised that it worked. My husband said it's not that comfortable to wear it at the beginning but he is used to it now after a couple of days. good product.

No Way
This product made me feel as though I was being choked. Instruction were not printed out correctly and most often with typo errors. I did not know if I was placing it on correctly as the instruction that came with it did not specify which way was up!

Not for me. do not like the fit on the back of head and to tight for the chin!!

Not bad, not great. Not compatible with teeth aligners
It does what it says. It’s not super comfortable and it has a faint rubber smell. If you wear teeth straightening devices it will be uncomfortable using this.

Breathing Restriction
This thing works, but you are restricted to breathing through your nose only.So if you have a cold or sinus problem, forget it.Had to go back to my full cup Cpap machine.
