I have been knitting and crocheting for over 20 years but I love Tunisian the best. Love my Addi Rockets for lace knitting. My wonderful husband gifted me a Hygge crochet hook set and an interchangeable knitting needle set. LOVE these interchangeable Tunisian hooks!The case is small, which fits wonderfully in any W.I.P. bag. They sit nicely in the hand and unlike other brands I've seen, the cable threading is longer in the base of the hook. The keys provided are sturdy, allowing for that locking of the cable to the base. Bonus for me is the cables from my Hygge knitting set fit perfectly in this set, and with the cable connectors that came with the Hygge set, I can easily have over a 100" cable.I purchased this set for myself and a second set that I gifted to my niece. I will be purchasing a 3rd set to gift to my sister. I have been using this set for a few months now. This is a great set for beginners in tunisian crochet. I really like it.ProsEasy to assemble all the cords and connectors. They can be put together for extra big or long projects.Although it is not luxurious its nice to have a pouch to keep all the hooks cords etc.organized and its not plastic.The bamboo hooks are extremely like weight and smooth. The tip is actually very helpful for getting in and out of those stitches.ConsThe hook sizes do rub off especially if your hands are moisturized in any way. I plan to use my label maker to help with this. Sizes should be engraved not printed.The cords do not swivel. When working big projects, I sometimes have to grab the end of the cord and pull it straight. Other than that the cord is fine.Overall, this is a fantastic set and I plan to get a lot of use from it. If you are new to tunisian crochet I think this is a great set to learn with. You won't be disappointed.

I am a beginner at crocheting and these are EASY to use and learn with. I highly recommend them. The hook grabs onto the yarn well. The bamboo is very smooth - no snags or pulls. The only issue I've noticed is a bit of resistance/catching when using the extender for Tunisian crocheting where the extender meets the hook; however, the catch did not fray the yarn and was only a minor annoyance. I definitely recommend these, especially for someone who is just beginning because I can focus on my stitches and not on the hook not grabbing the yarn or not going into the right location for the next stitch.

I really like these hooks. The hooks and chords that came with them are great. Hooks are smooth. Chords stay on tight. Chords do have memory but that's to be expected. What was most important to me is that the heads be pointy and hooks smooth. Both of which passed with flying colors. The heads are a little fat so I feel the snag but that doesn't bother me too much.I did order extra chords from knitters pride. They fit but do have a lip between the chord and hook where it screws in which can be a snag point for yarn. What it looks like is these hooks where designed with a hit of a bevel at the screw joint that the basic chords do not have. The extra chords where designed for knitting needles in mind. Still functional.Over all great product. Arrived fast and in perfect condition.

High quality product. I love smooth finishing of the hooks. Only problem is inner tip of the hooks is too pointy. It catches yarn shreds or extra loop if I am not careful.

Perfect hooks they work amazingly, the only issue is that I would expect to have also 7mm hook. But overall I am very happy.

Ultra smooth hooks that have been really easy for me to use while working up yarn. Cords are soft and flexible making them easy to use. The gold coated hook joints between the hooks and cords are also very smooth so no snagging happening at all. Overall, I'm really glad I bought this set of hooks!
