Do not expect this product to produce the usual texture of chapati dough. In my personal experience, it is not suitable for making chapatis. Apart from that, it performs quite well and can be used for a variety of other purposes. I found it especially useful for preparing jackfruit based dishes such as Kumbilappam (a traditional jackfruit leaf cake). Considering its versatility and overall performance, I am giving it 4 stars.

We received damaged packets and requested an exchange. Although the packets were replaced, one of the exchanged packets was again found to be damaged. Due to these repeated issues, we are not satisfied with the quality of your services. Though product was ok. Packaging is not good.

Its the best gluten free flour in the market in terms of value for money, taste and quality. I have been having Jiwa flour for years now. Can’t imagine my life without it. It tastes great, is healthy and the best flour for paranthas and chapatis. Also also make puris of it. I can vouch for it!

I would definitely give 5 star for this product and would remove the negative reviews, because first thing is it's Gluten free and not like regular wheat atta where soft rotis are formed because of gluten which is bad for diabetics and also damages the intestinal gut lining for long term. The flour is rough and rotis are like jowar texture as the ingredients are jowar, rice, bengal gram, psyllium husk, guar gum and sea salt which is natural and yes, u will definitely expect rotis to be different because it's healthy. Please observe the difference.
