Does it do what it is meant to do
So yes is the answer to it does what it is meant to. I would say that at first it tens to be a little snug and that you do need to wear it in, but other than that, it frees you up to do other things rather than having to hold your phone whilst trying to exercise.

Great armband for iPhone XS Max
Works great for my evening runs. I was worried that it would slide down my arm when I first put in on but it stayed in place the entire time I was working out. The key holder fits my house key perfectly and you don’t have to worry about it falling out, it’s very snug once it’s in the holder. My face recognition still worked when my phone was in the case as well as using my phone. I would recommend this product!

The strap was used for my ageing iPhone 11 . It seems to do a reasonable job with no concerns yet.
