Immediately its confectionary production turns out to be very successful, that's why Stefano founds, in 1868, the Pernigotti and Son company, building a factory that will soon turn into a landmark for the city. The excellent quality and the masterly craftsmanship applied to big numbers are recognized in 1882 with the honor of the royal Coat of Arms. At the beginning of 900 the company is confirmed as one of the most important in the market, with modern machines and more and more valuable recipes. 1927 is a year of change with the start of Gianduiotto's production the iconic italian praline, typical from Piedmont's confectionary tradition. From the 70s the company manages a wide range of products with different tastes and shapes, becoming one of leaders in Gianduiotti and Cremini segments and in chocolate bars market, with Pepitas and Nocciolato. Over the years the company consolidates its brand identity, revising the range and reinterpreting its products, becoming leader in gianduia market, with its fine recipe made by mixing selected hazelnuts and prestigious cocoa.
