Malpighi Saporoso Riserva Balsamic "8 Year" - 6.7oz. Bottle

I bought this for a gift and was pleasantly surprised. I did some research prior to my purchase to make a selection on a balsamic vinegar. This balsamic will not disappoint. It was used on a caprese salad, on fresh strawberries & blackberries - so delicious. The pour is smooth and of medium thickness. The taste is superb. I can't wait to try it on ice cream. It was a huge "hit" with the recipient of my gift who is Italian. Buy this for yourself, buy this for your friends, you won't be disappointed and the price point is great!

I have purchased this in the past and really enjoyed it. The last couple times I got it from Amazon it was not nearly as good as it used to be. The reserve seems to taste like the less aged, thinner variant.

It's good, (better than what you can buy in a store) I like We Olive brand better - it's sweeter tasting

We toured this factory when we were in Italy and now will buy no other balsamic vinegar! We are pleased to have a source to buy this brand in the US.

In the usual sense Vinegar brings memories of something very different than true Balsamic V. Years ago someone gave me a bottle and said put it on Strawberries. At first I was shocked - it brought out a truly wonderful taste. This is an intense treasured taste. Love it on Strawberries and sugar!!! One can spend $500 for 3 ounces for some of the great ones that are 50 years old. This brand is stunning value for the quality offered. I love the new spout rather than the old cork which would shorten its shelf life. Spend some time reading about Balsamic in general.

I’ve ordered it over and over and over! Thick, sweet and perfect. This Balsamic can stand alone!

one of the worst tasting balsamic vinegar i ever bought. it’s so thin and runny, and doesn’t have a fruity flavor like other better brands. i felt so disheartened that i poured the whole content into the sink. so not worth keeping it.
