A book that says nothing
This has been one of the most frustrating books to read ever. I still have 20 pages to endure but have no idea what this book is suppose to be about. Over and over this book states how sufficient pedagogy does not exist in regards to technology integration in the classroom, but never addresses what acceptable pedagogy would actually look like other than a student-centered model. I feel like the author wrote this book with their thesaurus right beside them because it is just a bunch of non-nonsensical filler instead of applicable information. Maybe I am completely missing something, but Stratosphere is definitely NOT the revolutionary idea it repeatedly claims to be.

Very readable.
The content is intuitive and informative. Fullan writes in a soft tone that most everyone can access without having a doctorate in statistics and English.

He does it again!
Michael Fullan is the world's greatest authority on school chnage. With Stratosphere he gives us a structure to actually be successful with the hyper seduction of technology. Without effective pedagogy and change knowledge, the fact that all our students have iPads means nothing.

Well written vision for the future of education
This short and insightful book provides a recipe for the future of education. Fullan lays out a model to bring education away from the ill suited current industrial model into a 21st century vision that would serve our students well. Let's hope school boards across the country are paying attention to what Fullan has to say.
