Bad customer service
As soon I connected it with tap, the water was leaking from side of the cylinder not from the opening. In this chilling winter I am unable to use it once. The concerned contact mentioned on the gyser is not responding at all. The product was delivered very late. Totally unhappy with it.

Not working after 6 months & Worst Customer Service
The product is not working after 6 months of Use....No one is picking up my call on Customer Service Helpline No...Worst Customer Service I have ever seen...Need Amazon team, to help me out from this situation...

Not working
The fuse goes off or the circuit breakers trip off just after a minute. This product was to be returned and amazon had agreed to take it back on 19th Nov'20 but no one came to collect.

Good service for less cold...like ahmedabad city but for high cold like Delhi it is not recommended

Excess amount deducted
I have buy it for 1435 n amount deducted 2500/- and not refunded yet it is more than one month
