I bought this for extra storage, I read reviews on here before purchasing, what I can say about this shed is they aren't expensive and for an extra shed for outdoor storage they are well worth the price, you do need to be somewhat DIY friendly to build it and it does say two people, I built it on my own, but I would recommend two people for sure, the shed feels very thin and flimsy on initial unboxing and the screws and bolts are really small but once constructed and screwed down to the hard base it is surprising how solid and sturdy it is, the panels dent easily so avoid hitting them with tools or ladders, but this is well worth the money and I give it 5 Stars, if you are looking for solid structure stick to bricks or wood but this is a very good budget alternative, the instructions are sometimes vague but any wrong assembly is easily rectified by re assembly, all in all one of my better purchases, don't be put of by reviews you read as everyone has different skills completing DIY projects, if you're confident you'll get there don't rush and enjoy, just look out for sharp edges on tin and if possible wear some gardening gloves, but it's not easy bolting and screwing the panels with them.

You'll need minimum of 3 physically agile people, who possess a brilliant sense of humour & the patience of a Saint or two.. Only attempt to assemble on a dry zero wind day, if your brave enough & enjoy a challenge... Allow up to 3 days to errect & disemble and re arrect until you figure out how it all should line up.. A degree in engineering to assemble, would help...instructions absolutely useless...you need to write your own...literally! The quality flimsy...thin metal! I would never purchase again...decided not to send it back, due to the effort in organising people to help and finally get it up...the thought of disembling & trying to repackage it, just wasn't an option...filled me with dread! It was an absolute nightmare... When it's a windy rainy day it leaks...dreadful design....extremely disappointed....certainly not a cheap purchase...had to buy buckets and tarpaulins to cover the contents inside & catch some of the rain water, constantly pouring in...lots of items stored totally ruined, due to water damage....the sliding entrance doors refuse to meet up flush...rain goes through the gap....door handles cheap & nasty plastic...easy to break in...padlock waste of time... Not expecting it to withstand another Winter...such poor quality! The previous metal shed we had from a different company and far superior quality " Similar price & size" is still standing with zero problems 17 years on....sadly left it at our old house & couldn't remember were we bought it from...

OK, let’s get straight to the nitty gritty. This is an aluminium shed with thin walls and pressed aluminium structure. When I unpacked it seemed really flimsy, however it is the structure that binds the whole thing together. Once the walls are built with the surrounding top frame, the rigidity increases massively. Once the roof is on, the structure is absolutely solid. There are many reviews on here saying holes don’t match up. I had no problems whatsoever but it is important to note this should be built on a solid even ground. If your base is uneven I can see where problems would arise. I built this on an existing patio which was flat and level. All of the holes did match up, but then again I am an engineer, so never tighten anything fully until the next piece is ready, and that is definitely the trick with this one. Take your time, don’t tighten anything fully until each section is in place, this allows a degree of movement. The holes will line up if you build with this attitude. This does require some degree of competence to build. I happen to be an engineer so built it methodically. The instructions are poor and take some studying but nothing too tricky. This being said, I would not recommend to someone who is not technically minded. Overall, not too bad. I do have a few cuts to my fingers as some of those edges are sharp! I bought this as a temporary shed whilst I build my garden room, it will definitely do for me, however if you’re looking for something long term it maybe advisable to go for something with a bit more quality. At the end of the day, it’s a 9ft x 6ft aluminium shed for £230. I calculated the cost to build my own out of timber and the cost was over £600. Hope this helps.

Thought I better leave a review for this as there have been so many mixed reviews. First, it is complex, yes, there are many parts. Also the panels, before fitting, are very flimsy and dent/bend/twist easily. However if you take your time, lay out all the parts and identify them first then it is quite straightforward. I would also suggest a dry run on all parts to confirm correct method before assembly. Unfortunately help was not available to assemble, I was able to assemble by myself in three days with the help of two apex ladders,- and I am 68. However I required a fourth day to fit a floor [not provided] and essential - no wind or even breeze. A big negative is that half of one of those three days was taken up with removing the horrible protective film on some sheets, which is folded into many creases, That should change! It us easy to drop/lose screws, nuts etc. - but they provide more than enough. I would also recommend to use your own screwdriver with a magnetic head - theirs is cheap and non magnetic. Another tip - build the floor first even though they say last, that ensures the building is square and screws, bolts etc.. line up better on the rest.

Watched a you tube video to build this. Definitely need two people to assemble. Quite flimsy and wouldn't recommend this as so many bolts and nuts to.fix

Let’s face it, the instruction’s claim that this can be assembled by 2 people within 3 hrs is rather fanciful. More like 3 days! However it’s still a great shed. The positives: 1) The shed looks nice. Well far nicer than we expected. We went for metal (as opposed to wood or plastic) for the fact we could get a larger shed for cheaper, so we can fit all our bikes in. We were therefore initially prepared to compromise on the look so we were pleasantly surprised with the appearance. 2) Size. Similar to the above the shed is fairly large and can easily fit in 4 or 5 bikes. It’s just possible to stand in the middle but it’s not the sort of shed you’d stay in for long anyway - more a storing kind of shed. 3) Price. It’s very good value for money when you start looking at the price of similarly sized wooden or plastic sheds. 4) Security. This is an ‘odd’ one but again an unexpected benefit is that it’s too noisy to steal from. We set up security cameras, padlocks, chains and so on then realised opening the sliding doors is so loud that you’ll wake half the neighbourhood up if you choose to park your bike in there after around 7pm! The negatives: Only one really which is the construction. I’m sure this is mentioned countless times elsewhere in product reviews but if you’ve grown accustomed to IKEA assembly instructions you’re not going to be happy. To cut a long story short the labelling of the various pieces with codes is fine but the illustrations are very poorly executed. Often it’s impossible to decipher what piece goes where by looking at the diagrams and it becomes quicker to ignore the drawings and use trial and error. The total assembly time was around 12 hours over 3 days. Of course, some will be faster and, certainly some will be even slower than us. In conclusion- Fiddly pieces, very poor illustrations in the instructions and vastly more time needed to assemble than the 3 hrs they claim. Very nice look (in our opinion), secure due to the excessive noise when opening/closing which would surely put off any would-be thief (the noise could also be a disadvantage I suppose), good price and good size. Would we buy another one if we need more storage space? The short answer is yes. Would we pay someone else to build it if we could go back in time? Yes, definitely!

I'm no slouch when it comes to putting stuff together. I've single handedly built a log cabin, complicated built in wardrobes and anything IKEA can through at you, so I wasn't worried about a small shed. This turned out to be my nemesis. From start to finish, I have sworn, cut myself several times despite the gloves they include, and I do declare this to be the worst buy in my 57 years on this planet. Firstly, it has 102 parts. Yes, 102 Parts! For something with 4 walls, 2 doors and a roof, that's a stupendous feat of over engineering. To join these 102 pieces of metal together, you get 204 tiny m4 screws and 102 tiny m4 nuts and bolts, as well as 288 washers. The thickness of the aluminium is micro-thin, to a point that it's razor sharp. When you're not cutting yourself, you're bending it. If all this wasn't enough, the instructions are more of a guide and you have to trust in whichever god or gods you favour to help you make the right choice. Why have A4 sized booklet when you could have A5? If, all this goes right and you get everything correct, you should immediately go out and buy a lottery ticket, as you're the luckiest person on earth. In the end, I binned the doors as they stuck, made noise and wouldn't open our close without me using a very sweary version of "open sesame" whilst using force. Not too much force of course as it's just thicker than tin foil. I've also put some felt over the top and stuck it down with felt adhesive, and I'm using it as an open bike shed. I think, if you don't have anything to hate in your life, that you should buy one of these to focus your aggression on. I used to hate the tories, now I've got this. Don't do it! Live long and prosper.

OMG! Such a dreadful nightmare to build this shed. Instruction is not clear with the TINIEST PICTURES, not sure why can't draw bigger pictures like IKEA does, which would have been much much better and helpful. Gloves provided but millions of small nails and screw so can't wear it and now ended with ribbon cuts all over my hands, my husband's hand and my dad's hand. Due to work, my dad and husband build it on weekends only and still going on. Now stuck on roof parts as the holes doesn't match. Not sure whether to drill new holes or redo again. Bought it as it was cheap now I know why cheap, too much work. Can neither return it nor continue to build. Regretting big time, why did I buy it.....

Happy with the product but the metal is very thin. Internal height is much smaller due to the beams. Installation took several days and not the few hours estimated in the instructions. It was a fun DIY project and allowed me to store the things destined for. Mix feelings about the see through piece of the roof. You better view but in the summer it gets hot! It appears to be more sturdy then what it is, but as long as no one bumps it or a branch falls on it, it does its job and looks good.

Je teste, je montre, je dis tout. On cherchait un abri de jardin accessible mais fiable, et celui-ci a vraiment été une très belle surprise dès le montage. On est sur une structure en acier galvanisé, bien conçue, avec une vraie logique d’assemblage qui rassure dès les premières étapes. Nous l’avons monté à deux, et il faut compter environ 4 à 5 heures sans pause. Le montage demande d’être méthodique, mais tout est bien pensé. Et point très important à souligner : si les trous ne tombent pas en face, ce n’est pas un défaut de fabrication. Tout est parfaitement usiné. Dans ce cas, il faut simplement reprendre l’étape de montage. Une fois bien positionné, tout s’aligne correctement. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les vis avec rondelles plastiques qui apportent une meilleure étanchéité, c’est un vrai plus sur ce type de produit. L’ensemble est stable, propre une fois monté, et inspire confiance. Autre bon point, la lumière passe naturellement à l’intérieur, ce qui rend l’espace agréable à utiliser au quotidien, sans sensation d’enfermement. Côté capacité, on a une belle surface de stockage, idéale pour organiser outils, matériel de jardin ou équipements extérieurs. On est clairement sur un produit bien pensé, fonctionnel et efficace, avec un rapport qualité / prix très intéressant, qui nous a d’ailleurs convaincus au moment du choix. Si vous cherchez un abri de jardin solide, bien conçu et pratique pour stocker proprement sans vous compliquer la vie, celui-ci répond parfaitement au besoin. Au plaisir ✨
