Great product! Horrible customer service!
Great product, great instructions, great fit and finish! Great customer support....... not so much. RotoPax and FuelPax have a new deluxe mount, this new mount is what you receive when purchasing a FuelPax. I called Rock Slide Engineering to advise them the mount I received must be their new mount because the holes do not line up. Rock Slide informed me that I have the "wrong mount". I wasnt even asked which mount I had or why it was the "wrong mount". So, to some up the situation, Rock Slide, the maker of a RotoPax holding system is telling customers that RotoPax is sending out the wrong mounts, because it won't fit their system. Give me a break. Horrible customer service.

Good product but the engineering is off for all bracket fitments, sent it back and just rigged up a 10 dollar strap.
