Love our tent in every way!
We love this tent! W wanted a large tent so that we always had room for family if needed, but it ended up just being two of us in this tent. I really wanted one of the lovely bell tents, my boyfriend wanted a performance tent so this was an excellent compromise. We were really worried this tent was going to be gigantic when we measured out the length of it in our house. It was pretty damn big, but once out in the field it didn't seem so bad. We didn't use the bedroom part, so we were able to put our king sized mattress in the tent behind the pole and still have plenty of room. And I mean plenty; our next camping trip we will bring some more furniture. We are planning to bring a clothes rack and camp kitchen to keep inside the tent as there is that much room! Erecting the tent was ridiculously easy if you have remotely any experience erecting tents (I have very little, put up tents once or twice). Despite it's size, it only includes three bendy poles and one central pole. I reckon you could put this tent up by yourself, but it's always easier with a second person. I still wouldn't be put off by erecting it myself. The hardest thing about erecting it is laying out the groundsheet correctly as it's large so you'll end up running up and down to unfold it, but that's it! There are three bendy poles which form the roof part, and you attached angled poles with solid plastic connectors on each side. In the picture you can see these angular corner bits. Stick the side poles into the pegs, flex the bendy top pole to fit and that's it. All three are the same construction just slightly different sizes, and there is full colour coding. The central pole is just four parts that fit together. You push the rubber ended top part up into the middle of the teepee and stand it upright in the centre - that's it. Very easy to do. There are loads of guy lines already attached to the tent, including some you need to tie on (front porch). The windows have nice roll-down windows and you can easily roll up the doorway and attach it with the hooks to keep it open in the day. We camped on a very windy day and the tent jostled a bit in the wind but didn't move much. The guy lines needed tightening in the morning but that's OK. Getting it back in the bag was so easy as the bag has a drawstring so opens very large - no problem at all packing it away. We actually used the tent bag for our camping bedding as well which was useful. The tent is quite heavy, two people needed to lift or carry (though I was able to lift it myself enough to get it in the car, but I'm not very strong). You don't really want to carry this for long distances unless there are two of you and even then it might be a struggle. We have the vango carpet in here which made it extra luxurious.

Fab eye catching and practical tent
Love this tent! Pros- easy to erect, light for size ( single bag, 20 ish kg) great indoor space, good waterproof level, eye catching ( none like it !) , slept two adults and three kids under ten comfortably Cons- very light ( on a bright morning sun streams in thro light canvas), could do with more mesh on windows as can get warm if hot outside However we wouldn't change it for the world. Brilliant

Highly collapsible
I think I got a defective one. Having read all the glowing reviews I bought this Tent with confide. It is indeed easy and quick to pitch. However on first use and on the first morning I found out that it comes down even quicker! One of the seams at the bottom came apart, peg elastics ripped off and poles broke. It collapsed around me and I had to actually tear myself out through a vent as it was impossible to find the entrance and I was camping alone at this time, not expecting my friends to arrive for another 2 hours. It was windy but nowhere near gale force. I was gutted because I loved this tent but to be fair I did get a good story to tell out of it and was the talk of the festival. People I had never met were asking me if I was the flat tent girl. I made a few new friends from these conversations so there's always a silver lining. I will not, however, buy this brand again. For all the new friends, next time I may not be so lucky as to have a friend with room in their tent to accommodate me.

BEST TENT I'VE EVER HAD!
This tent is one of the best we have ever owned. Though there is little instruction as to how to put it up, it took us just fifteen minutes and I am quite sure my partner could have put it up alone. The secret is to peg down the groundsheet first, then everything just falls into place. The tent is very comfortable - the living area is very high which takes the claustrophobia from the camping experience. The sleeping compartments are quite high too. The awning is the perfect size to prevent rain from reaching the entrance so, in the many showers we experienced, the entrance was always dry therefore the tent remained mud free (with the help of a doormat). On our trip we were attacked by flying ants, swarms of them. Though they covered the outside of the tent, not one got into the tent. It was completely sealed and protected. I cannot recommend this tent enough - it's an absolute joy to camp in. I read in a previous review that it is too bright but I found it no brighter or hotter than any other tent in the sun and it did not affect my sleep. Worth every penny of whatever the price may be.

Potentially a good tent but not made for British weather.
I had high hopes for this tent. Had my eye on it for a long time. Unfortunately it leaked in heavy rain. Then the following day broke in three places due to medium winds. Customer service was excellent and I had a full refund. I'd like to think it was one off. Even light winds get under the front door area and canopy above. There is about an 8 foot gap between the door sides with no tie down points. Inside was very spacious. If the design of point where main pole holds against the tent could be improved and more peg tie down points attached during manufacture this could potentially be a great tent. Also the instructions are very poor.

Great design and great service, a few issues with the quality
A really nice design, combination tee-pee and tunnel tent. The sleeping area is a decent size and for just the 2 of us, it's more than generous. The living area feels very large, plenty of space for camping furniture and is perfect for a small group of people. Lots of pockets for storage on the sleeping pod and there are velcro tabs running down two sides of the tee-pee. The central pole is good for wrapping a USB light strip around. We had no rain during our week away, so I can't comment on how it stands up in the wet. It did very well with the wind. Unfortunately I found the quality lacking slightly. The stitching was poor in a variety of places. One of the door tabs had both the tab and the peg sewn into the same side, rendering that tab useless. One of the poles elastic snapped when taking it down and the tent bag handle came away from the bag. The customer service when querying these problems was very good, replacements have been sent for all of the problem items. As long as nothing else breaks I’ll remain happy with the purchase.

Great quality, great design.
My other tents are north face and Jack wolfskin, so I'm used to good quality tents. Given the much lower cost (interestingly the grey one was hundred quid less than the brown one) the quality of the build was very very good. The metal poles were very robust and stitching and zips very much so too. Furthermore the design was vey well thought out. The storage bag makes access and putting the tent away very easy. The use of the central vertical pole alongside 3 easily inserted horizontal pole meant the tent could be erected in a few minutes. Method: Layout tent, slide in 2 rear horizontal poles. Then crawl inside tent with central vertical pole in pieces. Insert into apex of roof material, stand up, then add your remaining parts of pole. Your tent is now stood up. Exit and add front horizontal pole. Circle tent locking in poles at base and adding your pegs. Circle again to peg guy lines. Done. That simple. The simple design centred around the vertical pole, combined with the quality, must explain why the tent easily managed some intenese storms on the coast of Cornwall. There was no leakage, and no shape deformation found with the bent fiberglass pole based designs. As for the light interior - yes its light. Good. As some other campers commented: sitting in a dark blue or green tent - especially ehen you have to because it is raining - feels dark and depressing, and requires more use of lamps. Not this tent. But what about being woken early by the sunrise. Well, i took an eye mask, but it provee irrelevant. Being woken by light was not a problem, it was the chorus of bird song - particularly wood pigeons - that woke me every morning.

I love this tent
I love this tent ! After hr's of looking through all the tent's on amazon I decided on this one mainly due to how it looked . It arrived quickly and I thought I'd better set it up before taking it on the trip . I'm a single parent with two boys and with their help it is easy to put up , however on my own I would struggle . It's huge . The bedroom pods are plenty big enough for a double and two single airbeds with room to spare , double and three singles would be a tight squeeze . The lounge area has plenty of space as we had a picnic table , three camping chairs and all our kit , loads of room . There is a large porch on the front and I've now bought a kitchen double unit to make cooking easier , it should be be mostly covered by the porch . Have yet to try this. The only grip is that the sleeping pods are the same colour as the tent and as soon as the sun comes up you are awake as it's very light , but on holiday with a young son lay in's are never going to happen . We only had a couple of showers on our first trip and there wasn't any leaking or any condensation at all . It's a heavy tent to carry , about 3 and a half stone . So wheelbarrows or a trolley are needed if you can't have your car next to the pitch . I love this tent and hope it lasts years x

Nicht zu empfehlen
Wir haben das Zelt für Familienurlaub bestellt. Beim 1.

Noi eravamo in 3 e ci stavamo comodamente.
