Colourful and well thought out
Great little book for young toddlers to interact with. Lots of things on each page for them to look out for and spot. We ask ours can she find things to teach her about different objects.

Fantastically fun
Such a brilliant little book. My two year old loves it. Lovely colours and touch sensory. It’s a great little introduction to space and we have lots of fun reading through it.

This is the second copy of this book - daughter ate the first
My daughter loves this book, unfortunately she chewed the first one so badly I had to buy another copy. It's now in regular potty reading rotation. Recommend :-)

Beautiful book with extra-sensory pictures
This is a nice board book from Pat-a-Cake, with some really beautiful illustrations and a lovely little story for kids aged 1-2 about going to the moon. There is lots of rhyming, which makes it fun for kids learning to make new sounds, and lots of the pictures are textured so kids can explore their senses and have fun touching the pics. However, it's a bit disappointing that all the textures are basically the same - shiny. Four of the pictures are like this, and one is bumpy (the moon's craters). Another Pat-a-Cake book I have for my son, about Llamas, has a different texture on every page. Would be nice to have more variety here too. This is the only reason I have not given five stars.

I brought this book to read to the children at school as part of space week. The Children loved it.Great story and the children enjoyed the pictures.

Nice but not amazing
I was excited to get my little girl in to space stuff and she loved touchy freely books. The touchy feelyness of this book is not great. Not much texture to the bumps of the craters or shinyness to the stars. It’s not a book she goes to grab often, but the images are nice and I guess it’s still a somewhat basic introduction to fun space stuff.
