Can you use this for vinyl interior?

Possibly, but why would you waste this expensive stuff on vinyl?

What should the consistency of the protection cream be like? I just received my kit and the protection cream is very watery not like a cream or lotion

yes the protection cream is a thinner consistency than you would antcipate.

Does this product restore dessicated leather ?

It's an excellent product, but if the leather is in severe condition, it can only do so much. I have a 2017 Volvo and use the products routinely to maintain and protect and the products do exactly that very well.

Can this be used on Nappa Leather?

Any smooth leather can be cleaned with this. It's very mild.
