Outstanding pack. Quality is excellent. Great stitching, good zippers, lots of pockets. I especially like the fact the entire front opens up to load pack. Lots of adjustment on this pack. Chest strap can be moved up and down for perfect placement. I was using a 22L pack for day hikes, but found it just a bit small. This 35L is perfect. At this price point an excellent purchase. Highly recommend it.

After using it a few times, I find it a good, comfortable pack with several nice touches. It uses a quality durable materials: coated polyester fabric, zippers, buckles, and plastic zipper pulls. The back padding is thick and effectively cushions this size pack, comfortable even fully packed. The shoulder straps are well padded and comfortable; I felt no abrasion points. Pull-straps at the top of the shoulder straps will pull the top closer to the back, allowing it to hold heavy weight more comfortably. The bottom of the shoulder straps are sewn onto fabric that is sewn into the seam — a more durable and comfortable approach. The D-rings are handy to hang sunglasses from. The sternum strap is not really needed for this size pack but a nice to have and is a height-adjustable. The waist strap wraps across about 3” above my belly button and so is superfluous for me as a 6’ tall male. I plan to remove it; happily they made it easy to remove without cutting the strap. I love the zippers, which are sewn in a way that is snag-free and mostly hidden. The size sleeves easily held my 1.2L bottle and stays in place because of the strap above the sleeve and the stretch strap at the top of the sleeve. I like the single large compartment approach because it supports very efficient packing. The upper and lower external compartments include several straps, pockets and sleeves to keep everything in place. The outer polyester fabric is coated for water resistance, but is unlikely to stand up to a moderate rain for long. I’ve added two shock-corded retention systems to the back and a side. I didn’t find it compatible with my hydration bladder. I needed to add a carabiner to connect it to the hanging strap. There is a nice grommeted hole to thread a hose through, with a hook-and-loop strap to cover the hole. The hole wasn’t big enough to fit the valve on my non-detachable hose, but can be re-routed by leaving an unzipped gap in the main compartment zipper.

For the price point, this bag is pretty solid. The material is slightly better than most bags around this price. This bag does contain a pouch for a 3 liter water bladder. It has a hole premade for a water bladder. The compartments are of decent size and can fit quite a bit of clothing (rolling your clothes). One thing that really stood out to me, was the mesh material on the inside of the bag. It has to be the most durable mesh pouch on earth. The material is very thick and will not cut easily when placing sharp objects in the pouch. Compared to other brands that rip easily when filled with jagged objects. What I didn't like was the MOLLE straps. It is a pouch that you can not open and is not fastened to the pocket. It's not as secure as I would like it when there is a pouch or anything attached to it. For $28 it is a really good bag. It is made really well and would be a great everyday bag or hiking bag. It would really be good for light trips.

This is serving as my kiddo's school backpack and it a vast improvement over the more basic styles available in stores today. This is a large size with great storage capacity. I haven't heard any complaints about it feeling too heavy or causing any issues. It is a nice quality bag overall.

I am constantly evaluating backpacks and I enjoy the nuance of each design. This one has some really nice features. This pack has a tall, slender layout, which is nice as some backpacks are bulky and pull directionally backwards. There are plentiful pockets and storage and specifically one will note that they are conveniently placed. The most conveient is perhaps is that the entire pack zips open for easy access. The rest of the pack checks all the boxes: 1) Water bottle pocket 2) Internal back pocket for potential water bladder (with MOLLE tube outlet) 3) MOLLE attachment looks 4) Multiple tool options in upper and lower pockets with easy access 5) External top-mount band 6) Adequate strapping and zippers 7) Solid, durable material. My only criticism is that it would be nice to have a larger waste belt with pocketing, however this can be added on. Overall, a very nice pack!
