Fusine™ Ying Guns Stainless Steel Kitchen Knife, Long Sharp Blade, Wood Finished Handle.

Good VFM, but not for life time... Good for two three yrs cycle. The steel quality is ok. The handle looses colour within few cycles of usage and washing.Sharpness OK. Thickness of the blade could be 2 mm/3 mm . With a gataparcha or acrylic black handle would have made this set; a lifetime collection and usage. I wd have bought another pair, just as a collectible and store.Over all value delivered for the prive 650 bucks is great. Worth a buy.Adding this after using the products for two /three years. The edge retention is fairly good. Only issue is the handle looses colour and looks bad. The knives are doing great. Worth a buy at this price , a complete set for all kitchen usage adding a Cleaver (optional) to this set would be a great idea.

I won't say that it's an amazing knife, but the product is good enough to handle the usual things in my kitchen. Anyway, it's worth the money paid!

I purchased the knife set of 5. All came intact and they are pretty good for the money we pay. Thickness is slightly less but does their job well. Do not expect a wooden handle, the product description says wood finish. The handles are made of some kind of plastic but look very close to wood. I had cut a small piece at end of one knife to confirm this. If you are looking for good knives at budget you should definitely consider this.

Was amazed wen i opened the package...this ying guns product is amazing fo the price range. I paid 379 including delivery charges.The knife is pretty big with wooden finished fibre handle....the 8" blade is quite thick n i feel its durable enough and very sharp n can cut vegetables n meat effortlessly..Fit n finish is superb and for those who like to use smaller knife buy the knife of 5" blade..Worth buying this knife.

Good quality steel. Happy with the chopping.but the handle is plastic/fiber not wood. Should be mentioned in the product details.

Worth buying for this price... Needs sharpening often... If sharpened works well

The Knife is not the same as shown in the Picture. The Knife is from Ying Guns company and the the quality is good. But the item is totally different from the Picture/as shown in Amazon Page. There is no wooden handle, it is completely a plastic molded handle and a basic kitchen knife somewhat like santoku. It is not a professional way of doing e business. If amazon is not controlling business of this type then within a very short time they are going the earn very bad name. For kitchen activities this Knife is okay, but Apple means Apple only, no other fruit whatever it may be, can be compared.

The knife has smooth finish and sturdy. Ideal for chopping etc work. However, it is bit thin and I think about 2mm and is not suitable for chopping bones like mutton etc
