Best product of this type around!
I've tried several products and nothing worked like this one. It started working after the first day and just kept improving over several weeks. I went from one or two times a night going to the bathroom, to 7 - 8 hours of deep sleep.

Reduced cholesterol
I would like to prove this by saying that I’m on a very strict all plant based diet. Vegan. Google DR ESSELSTYN. During the last few months since I’ve been on the diet I have also lost 8-9 lbs. what part of my reduction has been the diet and losing Wade versus just two of these supplements a day I have no idea. I didn’t even know you were supposed to take four. I generally take one to two a day my cholesterol went from 181 to 155. My LDL went from 110 to 87. They told me within less than several months. I’m getting my blood work retaken again. I would attribute more of it to a diet in which I’m not in taking any cholesterol, but it’s probably a bit of both because when I took this before, and I wasn’t on the strict diet, it still lowered it a few points. More effective if you do the diet and exercise and weight loss too.

I bought this after reading about the possibility of it growing hair back. I am a woman in my late 30's and the very front top portion of my hair had started to thin pretty badly. Odd really because I have very thick curly hair. I tried the rogaine for women and I tried one other product. Neither of them made much of a difference. I started taking this, and at first I didn't notice much, but I am at the end of my 90 pill bottle and I swear that my hair is at about 85% of it's previous thickness. I almost wish I would have taken pictures of the difference. I haven't had any side affects that I know of. I did do several hormone and thyroid tests, and they all came back normal. I don't really know what was causing the hair loss besides age. I am not a doctor or scientist, I just wanted to leave a review stating that this did indeed help my hair thinning.
