can we get this lions mane for a small dog

There is adjustable buckle on the neck to make them tight. so it is also okay for some mid size dog.but if dog size is quite small,it might be too big for him.

Will this fit my English Lab? She has a fairly large boxed head.

It should, it fit a pit bull, and an English bulldog well.

Are dogs okay with having their ears covered ? My Dane has very large floppy ears and I can’t figure out how that would work

Normally it can fit dogs with floppy ears with no problem. The ears can be covered. But if you find the dog ears are really too big to be covered, and if you do not like them, you can return them.
