UPDATE. It's been a couple weeks, and one of the clips already broke. I used a s-biner clip for it to still work. The bag also sits funny on my back where the two shoulder clips meet. Downgrading to 3 stars. I still like the organization and how it looks, just don't know how long it is going to last. I would easily pay more for this bag if it had much better hardware, and two points of contact for the shoulders.I was looking for a diaper bag like this for a very long time, and so far I love it! My daughter is now 19 months old so I don't need to carry as much as when she was a baby, but I'm still an overpacker. She's a lot more active now, and while running around after her, I hate to lug around a big diaper bag.I found this bag to be the perfect size, yet has so many pockets and is surprisingly roomy! In the first picture, it is next to a regular sized iPad air, and a 16 ounce Voss bottle and 12 ounce funtainer. In the second picture, I had bought both the red and green bag but the green looks so much better in person. The pink flowers are vibrant in the green, while the red flower looks so muted. I'm returning the red bag.Also in the second picture is the bag compared to a jujube BFF, and a Sackroots convertible backpack. The bag is kind of like a mini version of the BFF, with two separate straps, which is what I was looking for. Most other convertible diaper bags this size is like my Sacroots with one strap going through a loop in the middle, and I find the bag collapsing on itself and quite uncomfortable to carry as a backpack.The third picture shows all the things I can fit in it. I use the bigger outside pocket as the mommy pocket and it fits a jujube large set piece which contains two small set pieces, and a makeup bag with makeup. The furthest smallest pocket contains tissue paper and a butipod with wet wipes. I leave the other outside pocket empty but it's quite large and I could stuff my galaxy note 8 in it. The main compartment has 1 medium jujube set piece which contains my daughter's utensil set, collapsible drinking cup, and a travel shopping bag. I also have two separate bags, one containing 2 size 5 diapers, cream, and butipod. The other bag contains my daughter's extra shirt, socks, and pants. Even with all this, I can stuff my iPad air in the large pocket along with the other items.In the 4th pic, I took my stuff out to see if my funtainer will fit in the bottle pocket, and it does! Sorry I have no bottles to demonstrate, but the funtainer is much bigger in circumference than a bottle so for moms with bottles, the insulated bottle pockets will work. Also in the 4th picture, the side pockets are small, and can fit a hand sanitizer but not a drinking bottle. That is fine with me however, but some mom's aren't going to like that.Overall I love this bag. It feels silky, and surprisingly is good quality for the price. I do have some concerns about it's long term use and quality though. Although the handles on top are double stitched, it appears the stitching holding the zippers is one stitch, and with one tear might rip. The material is soft and silky but is not thick and tough like the jujube. I dislike that the backpack meets at one hook in the back (see last pic) so if you hold it from the backpack straps the material looks all stretched and I'm concerned will get worn or ripped over time. You can't tell when it is on however.Overall, for the price, you can't go wrong. I wish jujube makes a mini BFF, but in the meantime this bag will do! I will update my review if the bag doesn't last.

I wanted just a small cute backpack for weekend roadtrips and this one is pretty good. I love the bright floral design and all the pockets! If you were to buy this for a diaper bag it would be okay but I don’t feel that the insulated inside pockets would be big enough at all for baby bottles. I keep some gum in one and some tic tacs in the other but that’s about all really. It holds my iPad mini or my 1st gen kindle. I don’t feel that the fabric part that holds the rings for the straps will hold much weight before they tear though. However if you want a cute lightweight backpack/bag I totally recommend it!

The bag is beautiful! Very nice and not cheap looking. Could be 5 stars but I purchased it as a small diaper bag it advertised to be but its not effective. I needed a smaller easier alternative to my bigger DB for walking around and commuting on the train and bus. I expected it to be small in size which isn’t the issue but the holders inside and out are too tiny. They don’t hold a sippy cup,bottle or water bottle sooooo how’s it a diaper bag??!! Otherwise its a small bag an alternative to my bigger daily bag.

Cheaply made. Had strings hanging off all over the place. I returned. I don’t think the zippers would have held up for long. It’s also a bit smaller than I expected it to be.

I saw this on other sites but was wary of ordering from them. I trust Amazon, so I order it here. Beautiful pattern, lots of room.
