My husband got a vasectomy for me, and that's awesome. But his pH is more than double what mine should be. I lived in ignorance of this for literally YEARS and struggled with recurrent yeast, thinking I was the problem. It's hard to know if these are exactly the reason why I no longer have the issues I was having, but I know for certain that before I started using this stuff I was having those issues and since using them, I do not. Several years ago out of nowhere I started experiencing a lot of dry and itchiness in that special zone. This has been a huge life changer. My body is very sensitive, especially my lady parts, if you know, you know. I will highly recommend to use some lubricant or a cream that wouldn’t be too harsh while you insert the capsule because if he entered the capsule dry, it does hurt a little bit. I also recommend doing this in the evening and wear a panty liner or one of those diapers. This product has saved me from going to a lot of urgent care trips.

Easy to use. Some irritation from the product kind of makes it difficult to tell if it's working... but whenever I follow the usual protocol, it has been effective.

I bought these after I had my first BV infection. I read that it can be reoccurring. I had already tried the gel and it seemed to do the trick but I wanted these for backup. After I finished the gel, the next day I inserted one of these to rebalance my PH. Before bed, I made sure to push one of the pills all the way up inside of my vagina and tuck it near my cervix. Shortly after I felt a little tingling near the insertion site but I heard thats normal. It went away and I dozed off. Upon waking up I did expect a gooey mess of white residue but I had none of that. I didn't get anything "coming out" until I went to the restroom and wiped. It was the tiniest amount of residue that looked like the powder when I wiped myself. After that, I had watery discharge for a day then back to normal after that. I've since done it again after my period to rebalance my PH and it was the same thing. I was dry upon waking up, after urinating, it got rid of the rest of the pill, then I started having the watery discharge. There is absolutely no smell or color to this discharge! It's like your vagina is leaking pure water. I would suggest a pantyliner. So far, no bad side effects for me. Also, if you are like me and struggle with depression and can go a few days without showering due to low energy then these pills would also help with getting your vagina back smelling super fresh after a shower.
