I can't say I see any real results from taking this but I've only been on it about two weeks. I would think you might need 3 months to see a real difference. This supplement has fisetin in it and that has been shown to relieve gut inflammation when combined with citrulline. I think in this day of so many environmental contaminants, it would be prudent for everyone to take a supplement that has brain protecting ingredients. The main protection comes from wild blueberries which research has shown to be a good antioxidant. The other ingredients are polyphenols and anthocyanins, both are protective. Alpo lipoic acid is also present in a small amount. Altogether this appears to be a great combination for cellular protection.

I purchased this product when the Fisten supplement I had been using became no longer available on the subscribe and save program. Unfortunately this product only contains one quarter of the amount of Fisten per capsule as the Doctor's Best Fisten supplement contained that I had been using. I didn't realize it was that low because the amount of Fisten listed per serving is for a two capsule serving. I was taking two of the Doctors Best 100 mg Fisten capsules daily. I will have to take eight of the Wellness Rescourses capsules which are at least twice as large in physical size each to get the same amount of Fisten and will use up the bottle in just eleven days. I'm very disappointed with my selection of this product.

Nice to have a few different sources of fisetin which I am finding beneficial for pain relief and it is reported to have other benefits as well!
