Reliable
Really good product, it’s helped me greatly for overnights. Since we stopped using cloth diapers, we switched to using seventh generation (or honest as my next best choice) pull-ups for nights n naps. Since beginning preschool this fall, we’ve been using honest for their ease of use for school naps, and they’re wonderful. Now we are on our last package and she hasn’t been wearing them to bed! I can’t say that they’re helpful with potty training during the day, though, because I personally, or rather, we, tried that route for a while and regressed, so I just wouldn’t suggest using pull-ups of any sort for learning to use the potty as your sole purpose.Absorbency isn’t 5 stars specifically because they will absolutely leak if your child doesn’t fit them perfectly. My LOs legs weren’t thick enough for the elasticity to do anything for keeping the pee in at first, but now fits them perfectly and the absorbency has been phenomenal. So try a small package of honest first before you buy in bulk so you know whether or not this would pose a problem for you too and adjust your size accordingly :)

Fun designs on okay diapers
These were exactly what we needed to transition our toddler to pull up diapers. The construction vehicles did the trick for a very stubborn kid who doesn’t like change, has a hard time with transitions, and was strongly averse to the feel of elastic on his skin. A big negative is that these don’t have tape sides to make the diaper easy to take off, this was ultimately why we switched to another brand (our daycare requested tape/Velcro sides). The diapers perform well. They are absorbent and we never had problems with leaks. My toddler loves them and happily wore them. That said, they are somewhat stiff and a bit difficult for a child to pull on and off. There is no differentiation between back and front, which is good for a kid trying to get them on unassisted, but makes it so the back tends to feel like it’s not high enough.Overall, they are fine diapers, nothing outstanding. As I mentioned, we switched after our child got comfortable with elastic diapers due to the relative ease of other brands as well as the daycare’s request for tape/Velcro sides on the diapers.

made differently from dinosaur honest pull-ups
I usually purchase the dinosaur version of these toddler training pants in size 4T/5T. The unicorn ones are made very different. The unicorn ones have a lot more elastic on the sides which seems like it could accommodate different waist sizes better than the dinosaur ones which have a stretchy material, but no elastics. However, I believe the elastics probably create more waste for our landfills..? These training pants are very absorbent, which is great, unless you are actively trying to potty train. In which case, they might as well be diapers that you can pull up and down. The child will not feel the difference. They do not have velcro on the sides which is good for itchy sensitive skin, but not good when you have to put a new one on and go through the getting pants and shoes on and off. They do tear very easily when you need to get them off, yet they don't tear when kids are wearing them.Overall good product.

Best for toddlers who no longer poop in their diapers
Not happy with these at all. I decided to give them a chance because the regular training pants (Huggies Slip-ons size 5) I buy for my son seem to be out of stock every where. Huge mistake. My son is pretty good about going pee in the potty. However, we struggle a lot with getting him to tel is he needs to poop. So far he’s pooped 3 times since I purchased these and each time, poop manages to come out of it, down his leg, all in his private area…just a mess. He ends up having to take a bath afterward. My son is 37in tall and about 30 pounds. He normally wears Huggies Slip-ons size 5 made for toddlers greater than 27 pounds. The fit is fine. And we never have a problem with his poops getting all over the place like we do with these. For the honest brand, I bought size 3T-4T. The fit was fine. No complaints there. But there is some kind of design flaw that doesn’t hold the poop in the diaper. There’s a lot of stretch in these diapers and seems to be made to only catch urine. They appear to give him a wedgie a lot.If your child is further along in their potty training journey and they are no longer pooping in diapers, than these might work great for you. My son loved the dinosaurs on them. They are super cute. When my son is no longer pooping in his diapers, I might revisit these but for now, it’s a no for me.***Please give me a thumbs up if you find my review helpful***

Leak-proof is Right!
I couldn't find any indication on the packaging whether these could be worn at night, but I tried them anyway. My daughter never leaks out, reasonably speaking (don't try to make your kid wear it literally all day!) It also contains the "stinkies" as we call them nicely. Even regular diapers didn't do this well. My daughter has never complained about discomfort, they fit great, and they helped us get started potty training. It made her so excited to graduate from diapers and become a "big girl"!Also, we have recently switched to regular underwear because, unfortunately, the only issue with these training pants is that they are SO leak-proof, our daughter wasn't afraid to just wet in them instead of using the toilet! We had to change her to underwear to give her a greater sense of urgency about going on the toilet before having an accident. SO... the best feature was also the worst feature! Ha!

Super cute design
My son calls these his “blippi” underwear. They are very absorbent and soft. No rashes which most other brands cause. Absolutely love the softness and absorbency. My son is 3 and wears a size 5/6. He’s 45” tall and has broad shoulders with a narrow waist. We bought size 4/5 and they are slightly loose but narrow in the absorbency area. Maybe if they weren’t loose he wouldn’t get a wedgie? Hopefully that helps with determining sizing. He wears size 3/4T pampers pull ups and they fit him perfect. But he’s growing and will need a size bigger soon.

Size up
Size 3-4T was very very tight on my 3 year old. They fit on my 1.5 year old well.
