How do i get replacement parts?

We just purchased 7 of these for our grandkids. the spec says for "8 years and up". the box says "age 14+". which is correct? none of the 7 are 14.

I wouldn’t pay too much attention to the age because kids these days pick up things really fast. Just start the kids off on beginner mode..very easy to control. But This is just my opinion.

Could you please post a video on how to replace the blades?
