Arrived with mold on them
I usually get these crusts at the grocery store but they have been sold out lately. I ordered these in bulk and they came in a box with no cooling packs or anything else. My daughter put them in the freezer and this is what we saw when we opened them to make a pizza. Every crust had mold on it. Not sure when or how they molded but we put them in a freezer as soon as we got them. This was a waste of money to order them in bulk for all of them to be bad. Order these at your own financial and health risk.

Pizza back at last!!
Ok, I have been gluten free for the last 17 years and can honestly tell you these are the BEST hands down pizza crusts. I like mine chewy and so I don't cook as long or crunchy cook a little longer. The flavor is great and the texture has not grit. I use them for pizza, toast them for peanut butter and jelly or about anything. They do not roll up so you have to cut for using as sandwich bread. They are not good with out heating up or toasting so not something you want to buy for straight out of the package. They seem to hold their own when you reheat them, but again need to heat up to get that texture just right.

Showed up moldy!
Got these delivered as a 1-day Prime order. As you can see from the photo, they showed up completely moldy. The smell when opening the box was awful. I’m not sure if these are being stored frozen or not, but they certainly aren’t shipped that way. From others reviews, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated situation. Looks like I’m getting a refund, but it’s still disappointing.

Product delivered unfrozen, moldy
Our 8 pack arrived yesterday - each crust was covered in mold. I called Udi's customer service - they said this should have been shipped frozen - it wasn't. Amazon should move the product to Amazon Fresh and ship frozen. Appreciate the full refund from Amazon but what a waste. How will the company reach net-zero with moves like this?

Finally, a gluten free crust that tastes and acts right!
This is really pretty good -- no funny taste, proper texture and mouth feel, ingredients don't cause it to dissolve or otherwise change consistency. All of which are problems we've encountered with other gluten-free pizza crusts. My only complaint is that this product is very much limited to making a "small" size pizza, suitable for one person at most. I *really* really wish they'd make a full size one crust -- I'm thinking of a traditional NY pizza here, 16" to 18", suitable to feed (at least) a family of four. I wrote them to tell them so; you can easily find them online as I did and I encourage you to do so if you agree you'd be interested in such a product. *** A tip for those of you who really care about NY pizza: with the right mozzarella (made from whole milk, instead of part-skim, low moisture) you'll get the traditional oil run-off, the cheese will stretch properly when you take a bite instead of coming off in chunks and sheets, and -- of course -- you get a proper pizza taste. That is THE key to NY style pizza. Without the right cheese, you CANNOT succeed. This is true even if you're mixing cheese types. Low moisture, part skim mozzarella isn't really mozzarella at all. Find the real thing and you seriously step up your game.

Udi's frozen (gluten free) pizzas taste great, but I can lower my carlories (and costs) ...
Udi's frozen (gluten free) pizzas taste great, but I can lower my carlories (and costs) and customize the taste by starting with their tasty crusts. I use Pastorelli's tasty organic pizza sauce, Appleford Farms uncured turkey pepperoni and Costco Parmigiano shredded cheese to make a most delicious pizza at 290 calories per half (one serving). Add minced garlic, fresh diced tomatoes, chopped green pepper, oregano, red pepper flakes, etc., to taste. Only word of warning is dating. Udi's crusts are good for six months frozen, but mine were shipped by an Amazon seller (Peters Select) already three months into their shelflife. Udi's dates stuff using a semi-Julian calendar code as to when the product went into the freezer with the first two digits being the year and the next three being day of the year (based on 365 or 366 days) of the year; for example, 100 corresponds to April 10th in 2014.

Arrived Moldy
I have ordered this product before and it arrived cold and shells were all fine. This is what I got this time and contacted ConAgra and they had me send them all the information but they will no longer respond and Amazon just tells me it is non returnable---I am out over $60.00

Stale
I love this brand and have eaten them many times, but the product was so stale we threw them away.
