LPS Labs 00216 LPS 2 Heavy-Duty Lubricant - 11 oz Aerosol

All right, a bit of a premium price, but what you get for your money is well worth it. I use this for many things. Goodbye WD40. This stuff and some 0000 steel wool will get that rust off your guns(or whatever). Leaves behind a thin film that will help stop rust coming back. And does not stink. And a little bit goes a long way. What's not to love?

This is good stuff. I always keep a supply of LPS 1, 2 and 3 around for the various lubrication issues I encounter.

I used this lubricant to loosen up the pulleys on my weight set, I made one application about 2 months ago and everything has moved smooth since! I then started going around to every 'creaky' object in my house and applying this lubricant to doors hinges, window frames, and my sliding door track. Worked perfect in every object that needed it.Pros: Long lasting, easy application, multiple applicationsCon (sort of): Lingering lubricant smell in the weight room for a few days, this is understandable but just don't think that this product (or any like it) are odorless.Conclusion: A great lubricant for many applications, if you are worried about material degradation from this compound then look up the material you are applying to and see if it says anything about a specific type of lubricant. I have had no issues using it in the areas described above.

Much better lubricant than WD 40.

Good for general lubrication and also offers some rust protection. I must admit that I prefer It over the other lubricants in my shop because I like the smell.

Great price compared to other sources. I use LP products for marine and aviation lubrication and they work well.

Just un real quality. It is like no other i use lps 1,2 and 3. 1 is greaseless for electronics and everything else. More of a dry lube but worjks great on gun parts u dont want wet like triggers and springs. Very very good. Lps 3 is a rust inhibitors and is one of the best there is.LPS 2 is the legit oil. It is the best spray oil their is. I spray it on my bolts and bcgs in guns it works soo good better than most gun oils minus slip 2000 but lps works in a much broader range. Lps2 is the one to buy it is a super premium lubricant oil that worka amazing. Most big companies use it for a reason they have huge budgets and choose this product over all others. Spray down raw metal parts like crankshafts and mandrels. Keeps them rust free for a good while.
