Not for the faint of heart
Soft smooth material. Watch the sizing guideline. Very comfortable for lounging around the house or sleeping, the pouch is more of a liner and doesn't necessarily support you.

uncomfortable
There are uncomfortable. The separate piece of fabric in the front does a bad job at holding my genitals in place. There is no contoring in the front to accommodate a bulge.
