Well, I started taking this the same time as a friend of mine and we both had similar experiences. Far from curbing the appetite, if anything I was hungry ALL THE TIME while taking these. There was no noticeable energy boost. I would wake up hungry. I would take a pill and then wait the HOUR to eat. By then I would be getting a headache, which never really happens to me when I'm hungry. I was feeling snacky all day long, and was starving again by lunch and again at dinner time.I will go back to using  Zoller Lab, Zantrex 3, 84 Capsule , which gave me a ton of energy AND curbed my appetite to the point of forcing myself to eat.Quite disappointed. I was wary of these from the beginning when I read you have to take them a full HOUR before eating, which is really inconvenient.

I purchased this to use as a supplement to my diet and exercise - I am 40 years old and was having a problem with appetite control. In the hopes that this would at least stave off my afternoon or early evening cravings, I purchased. I was still hungry but with headaches while taking this medicine. I wouldn't recommend it

Did not work. Since then have tried juicing veg and blending fruits. Exercise at least 3 times a week, walking moderate to fast for 45 mins. That works. Have cut out 90% fattening foods. Try to use steam veg with a protein and small piece sweet potato. Weight going and remaining off. It is a lifestyle change for healthier living. Lbs did not come on overnight so not seeking a crash to pile back on lbs.

I've just started taking this product but haven't felt any increased energy like all the reviews said. Also having to consume it an hour before meals is quite a hassle but will update again if this really works or not.

I am not happy with these pills at all they are not worth the money.

They did the job

These pills do absolutely nothing. Did not curb my hunger at all! I am so bummed I wasted my money on these. I feel like they are trying the ol' placebo affect on us with these pills.
