Great quality product for a great price
I waited a little to write this review since I wanted to have used it for a while to see if I really liked it. I had used the conair turbo extreme steam before, the one that now costs around $70-$80 bucks, and was thinking of purchasing it again but we had bought it for around $40 just a few years ago, also I didnt want a normal iron since it would involve buying and taking up storage space for an ironing board too, so I continued to search and read a ton of reviews on several steamers when we stumbled upon this one on sale for $26, I am SO glad we made this purchase. It works just as good, heats up in minutes, puts out more than enough steam at a good temperature, wrinkles just dissapear on all kinds of clothing, it holds about the same water, and its not heavy to hold at all, I dont mind that it doesnt stand upright by itself since I can lay it on its side when i need to turn a garment over or whatever, I loooove the feature that lets me have continous steam so no more hurting my fingers from pressing a button for a while when steaming several items. Its very easy to use and set up, I like that its lightweight, it has a tiny spout for the water but I find it pretty easy to fill and empty the reservoir, and takes up very little space when not in use, so far, very happy with the quality and overall use of this product, would recomend!

Works Super Well!!
This Conair fabric steamer works better than the full size steamers! I bought this to steam new curtains because after holding the large steamer base in the air so many times to get the top of the curtains, I had to find a different way. The cord on this is super long, longer than an average cord, which I love. This goes through a ton of water and steams up a room, so this is very functional. I literally went through a gallon and a half of distilled water to do almost all of my curtains, I just have two sets left. I do recommend steaming from the top of the curtain or other fabric and pulling it tight while you steam to get the best results. I usually steam from underneath the fabric with the larger steamer (clothes and such) and this does not work as well as steaming the surface of the fabric. I have not used the attachments as I haven't found the need, but it does come with them if you wanted to. This heats up super quick and isnt super heavy so you can steam high with no issues. Very easy to use with very minimal water that spits out and burns you, practically none. Excellent product and reasonably priced given the cost of a full size floor steamer. Here are photos of my before and after steaming sheer over blackout curtains (many layers).

very good.
Is it going to really iron your stuff where this shore can be over? NO.. that's the case with all steamers, I had several more expensive ones that found there ways to the garbage after a year or so of use (the toby, the shark) .. I was happy with the shark for almost a year but it suddenly started to malfunction and almost scorched my hand, as steam started to come from the handle direction (never stored it w water in the reservoir +light use like once every 2 weeks) The Toby with the fancy wheels and the rod to put on the hanger was that bulky and suddenly played dead after a 2 year very light use as well. . So no more fancy ones.. So I got this much cheaper but well reviewed Conair. as Advertised , the reservoir does not need much refilling (unlike my previous shark), mists very nicely.. takes out (just like other steamers) the light wrinkles from the occasional washes or badly packed items in a few seconds, and safe to use on delicate items . Also light on my wrists.. easy to fill.. It doesn't come w the door pad that Shark provides to anchor your garments using any door, but that is an easy fix. A big towel with a couple of rubber bands on each corner can become the door pad, A plastic over the door hanger hanger can be used to place your garment hanger and your are in business.. I don't know if it will suddenly die after the year is done.. But even if it does, for the convenience of having a much lighter one to use, the price, the very efficient yet small tank .. I still would buy it again.

By far my favorite steamer, worth every penny
I originally had this model years ago and loved it, but after losing it in a move I tried a cheaper replacement. Big mistake. The cheaper one just blasted out steam all at once with no control and only had an on/off switch. This steamer is completely different. The trigger lets you release steam only when you need it, so there’s less wasted water. You can set it down, walk away, and when you come back it’s still ready to go. The wider steam plate covers more fabric at once, which means clothes get wrinkle-free faster and with less effort. If you want something reliable, efficient, and easy to use, this is the one.

Best steamer on the market
This steamer has honestly been a godsend and I’m thankful for my friend who recommended this. Since purchasing, I recommended it to everyone I know and those who have purchased it have been extremely happy. There’s no water leakage. It’s easy to use and I found myself even steaming my clothes right before work in the morning because it’s that quick and easy.

After waiting an astronomical time for this product to arrive (I know It’s coming from stateside to the UK but maybe give more accurate lead times - we’ve used the product literally twice and now it doesn’t work. It just keeps making a clicking sound but no steam and what’s better just dribbled boiling water all over my foot from where the steam is meant to come out. Contacted Layger Customer Service And get a completely generalised “it’s out of 30 day Amazon’s return policy - sorry for any inconvenience” . Wow great help guys - my scolded foot thanks you. Appreciate you sending me a defective item and giving absolutely zero advice or a competent answer for taking my money

The item caught fire and burned on its own after using for 4 months. Contacted Amazon and the seller no warranty or replacement or response.

Over all this Product is Excellent but not compatible with all countries with 230 v supply. Technical specification does not mention that this product is 120V . This product is not suitable for INDIA. and using this product with convertor is a costly affair as other product are available at much cheaper rates

So far, its only been used on carpet that had indentations on it. Because the carpet is older it didn't do the job completely but we will keep working on it. It has, however, improved the indentations quite a lot. We are satisfied with the operation of the steamer.

I don't even understand why this product is available in the Swedish Amazon. This is a 110 v and Sweden has 230 v. A voltage converter for a product like this that uses1200 watts cost more than the product itself and to return the product to the seller, the freight costs almost half the price of the product. Really bad of the Swedish Amazon to make this product available for sale in Sweden.
