I wish the manufacturer stated how to adhere these to the wall. 3m double sided sticky squares do NOT work. Double sided tape does NOT work. Only 3m Spray Adhesive (heavy duty) works. I got these for a podcast studio to help dampen the room from internal echoes and it does that very nicely. These are NOT designed to make a room sound-proof from outside noises, buy something else for that.

It is not bad

1 inch of thin material is not going to absorb or block musch sound. Need heavy duty adhesive to attach. Won't attach with two sided tape or pads

These dampen but don't eliminate the noise that comes through the wall.

Great product and it came fast

I was looking to convert an enclosed office/desk computer cabinet interior, in order to minimize sound, for sound/audio and it appears to deaden the sound and improve the bounce of voice and music. To attach the panels, just a bit of spray adhesive was used (on the back of each panel) and the panel stuck to the doors and walls of the cabinet. Everything appears to be working like a charm. The value, for what I was looking for, and the audio quality suit my needs until I find the value in the cost effectiveness of needing to build a full-size isolation booth (way down the road - in time) and it was the last piece to my audio project puzzle.The foam is pretty good quality for what anyone would need to set up their own home/private audio zone or booth.

Good looks, decent absorption. Not pro level but good enough for my home studios vocal booth. Some color difference from pack to pack.
