Broken Pin
Bad quality electrical connection. Pin came broken on arrival . Male plug is very low quality and hollow inside. Body quality is fine if you just want something to get heat. Not for daily use. I bought to work with clay. Not for food.

Happy I bought it. Very useful. Toasts are amazing. Has an ISI tag for quality electrical product. Temprature control is easy. Does not make any noise, but except for the feeble timer ticking. Rotticeri motor is also quite low noise. However, the timer can not be easily reset. I have to turn off power supply. That is ok.

Improve the coating thickness
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share some feedback regarding the 09 Lit OTG oven that I recently purchased. While I am pleased with its performance and functionality, I have noticed some concerns with the outer shell and front panel. The powder coating seems to be of low quality, as it has several scratches and dust particles accumulating on it. Additionally, there appears to be an issue with some parts being uncovered, which could affect the overall aesthetic and usability of the appliance. Complete body made with thin metal sheet , so mostly it will be out of shape during delivery
This product quality is very low So i returned 1st time , and again 2nd time Now took money back Problem with shipping it is very delicate metal sheet , easyly twisted I strongly recommend not to buy .
