Colorado Boomerangs Starlight Kid's Boomerang from

It arrived on time and my grandson is having a ball with it.

Got for my nephew he loved it

We have been using this for about a week at the park. My 7 year old likes to have me throw it, and then we race to see who can get to it first. It does spin through the air and arc back a bit, but no matter how I throw it, it doesn't come all the way back.

If you follow the instrucitons and practice a few times it will return close to your throwing position.

I was disappointed with this item., but then what should I have expected for the price. When I threw it, repeatedly, it might make a slight turn. but it never made a complete return. Too often it just crashed before doing much of anything, I wouldn't buy it.

I was sent a yellow boomerang instead of green as is shown in the product photo. Very disappointing since we didn’t have time to reorder before my son’s birthday. I can’t speak to the quality since I have to send this back— but I will update this review once the mistake is corrected and my son can try it out!

This boomerang was NOT lime green like the picture. It is golden yellow. Color is not that big of a deal unless your kid asked for a GREEN boomerang for his birthday….

I know how to throw a boomerang and catch - lets get that out of the way first - the issue I have is that the flight characteristics are just poor. No amount of warp could correct the drift up. Wind was low and clear direction. Arm position on throw was standard and release height spot on but no real change.
