Cheap and useful
Be aware that the full version of the app is 10 dollars and the pro version is 15-20 depending on what tools you opt for. You’re at least gonna want audio optimization and know that there is a serious lag time with the audio, I would suggest local monitoring of your instrument and not using the I rig headphone port for recording, but use it for play back and editting. I’m making videos with my TD-30K Electronic Drum Kit and it sounds good when the gain structure is proper, video is smooth with the iphone app and it’s helpful for sharing ideas with my team.Good tool

Works perfectly for what I wanted!
I have a Peterson Strobosoft App and wasn't totally pleased with the interaction between the guitar/bass and the APP. This works PERFECTLY! And the free Amplitube APP is cool to practice through too. Very limited unless you make in app purchases but the sound you get without costing a dime is very practical for my purposes. If you don't like the free app: what do you want for nothin', your money back?

meh
I does OK for what it is -- it allows me to plug in a guitar and headphones and use and app for music purposes. The device is adequate, but I noticed some background hiss and noise -- more than I expected. I wouldn't use this for anything but practicing -- but then, that's mostly what I will use it for.The app is less than stellar. I find the free tones to be uninspiring -- certainly not something that would prompt me to spend more money on the extras. For a little over 10 bucks, it's not bad. But it isn't great, either.

Awesome little tool for recording drums.
This product is intended for use with guitar. However, it is really effective at helping record a video and sound of drums through an electronic drum set (For example, if you want to record the cover of a song). there are plenty of videos on Youtube if you want to learn more about how to do this.

Can't complain
I don't know what to complain about this product, it has exceeded my expectation with this price already. Some customers get a lot of noise I think it's from the instrument itself, not the iRig.

Great for a diy monitor
I used this during cello concert rehearsal and paired it with garage band. Good enough for a cheap monitor.
