Milfresh Gold Superior Granulated Skimmed Milk 500g (Pack of 1) The Convenient Alternative to Fresh Milk

Took this dried milk powder on holiday with us as we had heard that there was a shortage of fresh milk locally. I would make up 500ml each night ready for breakfast the next day (415ml water with 50g of powder (this is equivalent to half a cup) and leave in fridge overnight. Very easy to mix and tasted no different to fresh. We found that it lasted us 2 mornings kept in the fridge even though it said to consume within 24 hours. We didn’t try it any longer than that. Would thoroughly recommend. Bag is resealable once opened. Would be great for camping/motorhoming as can also be added directly (as powder) to tea and coffee. Just make sure water is not freshly boiled and has had an opportunity to cool for a minute or two.

Tastes good, i use it for tea. Not having to microwave my hot tea after turning cold by adding liquid milk. But I'm sure not everyone will like the taste.

Tasty substitute for fresh milk. One packet will make 10 litres: I make up a half-litre (almost a pint) with 50g of powder put into a measuring jug, then topped up with cold water up to the 500ml mark. It dissolves easily with no lumpy bits. Then into the fridge just like fresh milk. Pancakes came out lovely and fluffy, and made heavenly coffee in the Nespresso. I also used it (in powdered form) in my bread machine. Was pleasantly surprised by the nice taste, Millfresh Gold contains only dried skimmed milk with no additives. Each bag has a zip-lock seal to keep it fresh and dry. My purchase had a use by date of one year. I'm very pleased with this product and would purchase again. After reading the scary ingredients in my powdered coffee creamer, I decided to go for a healthier option. The consistency of Milfresh is wonderful and has a reassuring lack of ingredients. But the tradeoff is that it does not dissolve easily. I would buy again. I just wanted to mention that tradeoff.

After having a lot of trouble with wet milks I changed to a Lactose free milk but there was still something wrong as it kept upsetting my tummy so I decided to try this dried/granulated milk and so far it's been fine it still has a creamy taste and I'll report back later

We've been buying this for years - always excellent.

I like the product, I have it regularly but twice I've had it delivered and the bag has been split so can't use it which is really annoying. Packaging needs strengthening then I'd give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
