Easy to Use
I’ve been working on improving my body positioning to help improve my golf game, and this trainer has been a great practice tool so far. It has really helped me focus on my stance, especially with the positioning of my arms and wrists during my swing. One of the biggest benefits is that it teaches proper spacing and distance control, which has helped me develop a smoother and more consistent swing. I’ve paired this with another golf training aid, and together I’ve already noticed a significant improvement in my overall score and consistency on the course. I also like that it’s lightweight, making it easy to bring along to the driving range or golf course when needed. The adjustable design is another big plus since it can work for golfers of different sizes and skill levels. It does take a little time to get used to at first, but once you become comfortable using it, it’s extremely helpful for building better swing habits.

Useful Reminder Tool for Swing Positioning & Follow-Through
As someone easing back into golf, I’ve realized very quickly that your body will absolutely remind you when your mechanics are off 😄. I picked up the Quavix Golf Swing Trainer Set – Wrist Trainer & Arm Band Golf Training Aid to help reinforce proper positioning while practicing outside of lessons. What It Helps With: This set gives immediate feedback on arm placement and wrist movement during the swing. It’s less about power and more about helping your body remember proper positioning and follow-through. Good Between Lessons: I’ve been using it during short practice sessions at home to stay mindful of my form between visits to the driving range and lessons with my pro. It’s especially useful when you’re trying to break bad habits before they become permanent again. Compact & Easy to Carry: The pieces are lightweight and easy to throw into a golf bag without taking up much room. Simple setup and doesn’t require a lot of adjustment. Final Thoughts: If you’re newer to golf, returning after time away, or just trying to become more intentional about your swing mechanics, the Quavix Golf Swing Trainer Set is a practical training aid to add to your practice routine.

easy training piece to use.
Been a while since I have golfed so getting back into it I wanted a quick, easy training piece to make sure I was on the right path. The hand/wrist trainer is really easy to velcro on quick on specific hits when you need the reminder not to bed your wrist back to far. The strap around the arms is a quick way to toss on and make sure your swing is up to par. It is a good, easy to use reminder on form that I don't use every swing, just when I feel like I'm getting off from where I need to be hitting. Fit is fine because you adjust to your like. I think for a trainer like this, it is a good value for what you're getting. Easy and small enough to throw in the bag and keep with you.

Solid wrist trainer, The shoulder is a nice fit and decently durable.
Solid wrist trainer. Does a great job of being an annoyance, but not painful. The way it's designed, it does the job of correction without being a hard plastic that makes the wrist immovable. Very breathable and doesn't get too much in the way, teaches well. The shoulder is a nice fit and decently durable. Great value with the 2-pack... Should stand up for as long as needed, but not permanent forever.

Well made and quality material.
I was looking forward to this for my husband but he did not like it. It is well made and of very good quality material and the product will hold up to many uses and many people. It found it to be portable and easy to use but it was a lot more than he wanted to go through.

Good Quality
I've been setting up a backyard hitting area with a large mat and heavy-duty net setup. I fight a bit of a slice with my driver and have been using video feedback apps to look at stance, posture, setup, backswing slot, etc. All of that is great but doesn't do a lot for the "feel" of your hand position. I thought I'd give the wrist trainer a try. So far, I like it! As a right-handed golfer, I wear this on my lead wrist, and I get instant feedback on my lead wrist position on the backswing. I find that it also helps me to know if I'm flipping my wrists through impact. I don't wear it so tight that it "prevents" me from getting my wrists/hands out of position, but I definitely feel when they are out of position and have enough mobility to correct it. The glove is well made, easy to take on and off, and built very solid. The bar inside the back of the trainer will press against the back of your hand if your wrist is getting out of position. The Velcro is plenty wide to ensure it won't come apart while using it. The arm band is good too. I've used those in the past to ensure my arms are in sync and my trail elbow is staying close to my body. This one is more adjustable than previous ones I've had, which is a nice feature. Most of them are supposed to be a "one size fits all" and very elastic. This one is adjustable to your build and a bit less flexible that others. I like this a lot better! Overall, this is a very nice training set. I'm confident I can use this for quite a while without them breaking down.

Works well
I like the arm band. Gives you a solid feeling of keeping your arms together a bit. It's a little funky getting it on. But once you have it where you want it, it's pretty easy to get on of off. The wrist trainer is ok. I could see it being useful if you have issues with a cupped wrist at the top of your swing. It's not so stiff that it really stops you from doing it. Which... I guess is probably good. You could hurt yourself if it did. It seems like it would be pretty durable from what I can tell. The velcro on it allows you to tighten it down pretty good to fit you. All in all, I feel like this would be worth the purchase.

Effective Wrist and Arm Connection Set That Quickly Improves Swing Mechanics
The Quavix swing trainer set is a well‑designed combination of two tools that work together better than expected. The wrist trainer gives clear feedback the moment your lead wrist starts to move out of position, and it helps promote a more stable, consistent hinge. The arm band adds another layer of structure by keeping the arms connected through the takeaway and into the early downswing, which makes the whole motion feel more unified. Both pieces are adjustable, comfortable, and easy to put on without fighting with straps or buckles. They stay secure during the swing and don’t interfere with the club path, which is important for realistic practice. The materials feel durable, and the set is compact enough to toss in a range bag without taking up space. For beginners working on fundamentals or intermediate golfers trying to tighten up sequencing, this set delivers fast, noticeable improvement. A simple, effective pair of training aids that do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Five stars.
