Only buy this if you have some paint
The tips are not seamlessly connected to the wire and this is much more than a minor issue. It makes them not only unusable but potentially harmful. Did the spin pins hold my hair easily, yes. Did it pull out a handful of hair when I took them out, absolutely. I was able to fix the problem by dipping the ends in some metallic gold paint I had on hand and it makes me wonder why the manufacturer didn't do something like this to begin with to avoid the problem. This review probably replies to most metallic spin pins (especially when off brand).
