I couldn’t be happier with this bolster pillow case. I had some extra fill from a popular adjustable bedding pillow and also experience sub-occipital neck pain and headaches when I chill on my couch. That’s why I opted for the bolster pillow case and it’s worked out perfectly. This case is just the right size for the fill I had leftover and it alleviates the stress on my neck very well. The material is similar to that of my bedding pillow and is very soft and comfortable.

Fit beautifully providing a soft smooth surface without wrinkles. It has a micro zipper so I don't even feel it when sleeping.

I'm typically a belly sleeper but have been adjusting my position to sleeping on my back and side. This pillow has really helped with that transition and is comfortable for back sleeping as it curves with the neck. Back sleeping with a normal pillow gave me neck pain and this does the opposite! Relieves tension even. It's more firm than I expected, which was weird for me to adjust to at first but by the fourth night I settled on liking it. The firmness allows for side sleeping without your head sinking into the pillow. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because I wish it were slightly longer to make it easier to cuddle while side sleeping.

I bought the first one and absolutely loved it. It was firm had good support on the back of your neck. I like this so much. I wanted to have one to travel with, ordered the second one and the second one was nowhere near the same as the first one.

Updating: I've had this pillow for 5 years now. The pillow is still in great condition. In my 20's I started having the occasional terrible neck pain, where my neck would seize up and I'd barely be able to move my head for several days. In my 30's this started happening a five or six times a year. In both my 20's and 30's I had numerous days where I would wake up and my neck would be very sore - not debilitating, but very uncomfortable. I bought this pillow just after turning forty. I haven't had seizing/debilitating neck pain in all these years. What used to be a recurrent problem for me has absolutely vanished. I recently found out I'm hypermobile (hEDS) and that likely plays into the pain I've had all these years. This pillow keeps my neck stable when I sleep, and I take it with me everywhere. My only complaint is that it is slightly too big, I have a small frame and the diameter is just a bit big. I wish they had it in a 3" diameter.
