Not specific enough.
much too general, not sufficient explanation of the why's and how's to improve one's game. I must say one thing I did gain from the book is how to hold the racquet. that improved my ability to hit the ball lower on the wall.

Waste of money.
Waste of money. Bought to teach my kids the right way to play the game. No good instructions on the court, the lines, the rules of serve or play. I had better instructions from the racquet packaging I bought for the kids.

I went eyes wide open when I bought this book as a gag-gift for a really good racquetball player
Well you learn the basics if you have never seen a racket or ball. I went eyes wide open when I bought this book as a gag-gift for a really good racquetball player.

Don't waste your time and money on this.
This book is NOT worth the money. I could have put this together in just a couple of hours with just a little internet research.

bizarrely bad book
it doesn't take much to do a short guide on a game like racquetball - and there aren't that many guides around, which is why I chose this one - but it manages to contain virtually no information of any use whatsoever, no diagrams, no interesting tactics and looks like it was knocked off in an afternoon. The one interesting fact is that some people choose to play as a trio, with every player playing against the other two, which sounds suicidal...

Good for beginners of Raquetball
I am a newcomer to Raquetball and found this handy sized book very useful for the basics and also gave a history of the game which was interesting. Well worth buying.

Three Stars
A bit too basic. I was hoping for details on scoring and rules.
