Love these. Nice weight, solid handle that doesn't bend when scooping. Rounded edges on bottom making very easy to clean. Nest well and doesn't take up a lot of room in drawer. Best part measurement engraved in handle so does not fade away. If you are a baker you will love these.

They were sturdy and safe. I had vintage Tupperware and found out that they were made with BPA in the 70’s with all kinds of chemicals that could leach into the food. Replaced the pieces with stainless steel and threw out the edible food inside them. Kept the pieces that were built after March 2010 because that’s when they stopped making the pieces without BPA. Love these cups: well made, sturdy handles, great balance and easy pouring. Measurements seem to be accurate and they are easy to read because the are engraved deep into the stainless steel.

These are so well made they should be the last set you buy for generations. Easy to read embossed size markings are in both cups and mL so universal.

One of our sets of measuring cups was made of graphite resin. After many years the 1 cup handle snapped off. So I went looking for a replacement. I am very pleased to say I found a better set! These are excellent measuring cups, accurate and proportional. Each measure is one piece of stainless steel with absolutely no seams or crevasses that are hard to clean. The rim is even and a leveling knife slides smoothly across each measure. The rim is only slightly flared, not rolled, which makes the measure work better and be very easy to clean. The handles are wide, not long, and easy to grip between thumb and forefinger and middle finger of either hand. The shorter handles make them easy to get into and out of a bag or box of flour, sugar, or corn starch. A wonderful feature is that they stack squarely either right-side up or down, preventing the handle from getting stuck in the drawer as you attempt to open it! The markings are clear, and easy to read under most light, though they can disappear in glare or reflections at certain angles. The "extra" 3/4 cup (180 ml) is very convenient. I tested each cup for volume as follows: Using a digital scale accurate to 1/8 oz I placed each measure on the center of the scale and adjusted the tare weight to zero (net). I then added room temperature water to full using an eye dropper to ensure a complete fill. The contents of each cup weighed 1/8 oz above the expected weight. Note that this is the accuracy of the scale. Also note that the method of filling ensures that the water "domes" above the cup. Also, I am pretty much at sea level, 70 degrees, and average air pressure. Just to be certain I tested other cups from different manufacturers that I have used many times and discovered they all measured this same way. (The weight of water at sea level is one pint (volume) = one pound (weight).) The only thing that would make this set better is if they included an 1/8 cup measure (2 oz) that stacked right in. This is a standard coffee measure, but I have found it very useful when making recipes for just two people. For example, a two-cookie chocolate chip recipe I make requires 1/8 cup of sugar, and it is easier to measure in one scoop than multiple table spoons.

Finally upgrading plastic measures. This is a nice set of Stainless measuring cups.

so far so good - it matched the manufacturer's description ...I haven't used this measuring set a ton yet--why I gave 4 vs. 5 stars as not sure i can love it yet; but, here are my first impressions: 1) Good, sturdy, quality set 2) I appreciate that the measurements include ml and engraved -- should last through wash & wear vs.other sets that I own that faded over time. 3) they fit together well, save space - the chain keeps them together for shipping or storage, but, since its kind of 'hokey' & small vs. being on a larger sturdier ring as some sets you probably need to remove and toss it; only problem here - if you toss stuff around in a large drawer like me they may get separated, don't always make it back to same place after dishwashing 4) the outer lip seemed kind of weird to me at first, other reviews talked about being sharp; however, realized its usefulness to level off dry ingredients. overall, good purchase if you bake, cook a lot and yes, higher priced but, I plan on not having to replace this set as I have with cheaper sets.

I just received these yesterday and immediately put them in the dishwasher. No rust and I am so happy that the handles are not flimsy like the other ones. I had purchased that if I scooped through the flower or sugar, the handles would bend up, but not this set. This is so sturdy and the edges are not sharp and clearly states the size of the cup and I absolutely love these definitely worth the money.

Heavier quality than I expected. All nest compactly. Has 1/3 c and 2/3 c along with the standard 4 cup sets. These will not wear out.

American sized cups! Sourced the ones i wanted from Amazon US (take a look on there same as these exactly) and was looking for the same make and model in the UK. Appeared sometime in the second half of this year on UK Amazon as they weren't available here before that. Solid one piece stainless steel. Take off the ring, that's only for keeping them together originally. No more converting!
