THIS THING WORKS 250+ pound pig first time
First time used..... First time success. This thing when blown hard is very, very loud. A friend said he could hear it over a hill at around 500 yards and was still " very loud". The squeal at the top end is spot on. Called in a massive 250+ pound pig on the first day of use. FYI since it's so loud I highly recommend using hearing protection for long hunts. 30 seconds of calling 10-15ish min off for 2.5 hrs called in the pig.

Cheap- useless
Was going to use it as a Wild Pig call for hunting. After trying for hours to create realistic wild pig sounds - I gave up and threw that piece of plastic in the garbage where it belongs.

Can not make the noise
I saw too many videos and people look like its easy but it is not, i can not make sounds like. a hog

Sounds good.
Works great, it does take a little practice to make it sound like a pig squealing.

A Hog Squealer that works
Used one of these for the first time yesterday. From an elevated blind I saw some ferral hogs about 100yds out (I was using a shotgun with buckshot...only good for about 40-50yds) so I called, they immediately whirlled and charged toward me at full speed, stopping at a small pond that seperated us. I stopped calling and they walked away, I called and they charged toward me again and stopped at the water's edge. I repeated this four or five times, they just wouldn't cross the water. I finally gave up for the day. I wouldn't use this call at ground level.

A Kid's Toy??
Based on the other 5-star review I bought this. What a mistake I made. Whether you blow this hard or really hard it sounds like a gazoo, a kids toy. It is so bad you can get laughs by breaking this out in front of family. Do yourself a favor in spend your $15 on another call. Wish I did. .... Savannah WILL

Will Call in a Hog!
My husband used this one night while we were sitting waiting for hogs to hit the feeder. We were static -- not moving. Next time I know, he's whispering, "Hog. Hog. Do you see the hog?" I thought he meant at the feeder. No. He meant standing about 10 yards from us in front of him trying to figure out what he was. By the time I got my gun around, it had moved behind a tree and then took off into the brush. :) It will call in hogs.
