The first set I received was a weird color like it had an almost rainbow coating with rainbow spots and scratches. They replaced them extremely quickly. This are the proper color, in great condition and had a care and use instruction sheet inside the sealed plastic. I originally bought them to be able to make a small layer cake. However they will be perfect to use for a breading station. Flour, egg, & panko bread crumbs

Perfect for our toaster/air fryer oven. Two fit on each rack. I was surprised at the heavy gauge of these pans. Like industrial strength.

Serves the purpose for occasional use but not a very sturdy pan that will withstand heavy use and intense heat because of the edge roll not having some type of reinforcement.

These are wonderful breading trays. We have recently acquired an air fryer and are enjoying jalapeno poppers, zucchini sticks, onion rings, and other delights we have never made before. I didn't have the right types of bowls for the breading/egg/flour process, so these are absolutely perfect. Super easy to clean as well. I didn't give heat distribution a rating because we are not using them for anything but breading.

Although these pans seem well made and will serve my purpose of breading pans, I was disappointed when I open the package to find that the bottom pan seems to be a second. It has smudges from the manufacturing that did not come out after washing and did not have a skew sticker as the other two trays.Purchasing a "new condition" product, I expected better on quality control and glad I wasn't giving this as a gift.

You can't get better than these pans. Very stiff for the oven, but I use them for breading chicken and the like. They will last a very long time unlike the last set of cheap breading pans I bought (which cracked in a few years) or the set I returned because they were ridiculous shallow and tiny. These fit average size chicken breasts with room to spare.

I tried - and returned - several different pans/sets, all of which warped when placed in the oven. Some never returned to their original flat state. These pans have performed flawlessly, largely because they have a reinforced top lip... a rolled edge just isn't enough, and these ones have a wire reinforcement rod inside the rolled edge. They're a bit smaller than other pans I tried, but I can fit two side-by-side in our large toaster oven, which makes up for them being smaller. I don't mind using all three if I need more surface area, but typically just use two for two large portions.

The edges of these are like razor blades underneath. If you are planning on letting small children bake with these, don’t. I bought them for the toaster oven and they are good, but I need to be really careful when I wash them not to cut myself. They didn’t roll them enough on the edge because I have larger pans that are a different brand but same pan and they have been rolled properly, zero sharpness.

Love this set! I use it for dredging chicken/zucchini/veggies etc... by placing a damp paper towel underneath to hold them in place. The measurements are accurate so it's not for huge meals. Perfect for smaller meals for two. They are sturdy and well made also. Arrived sooner than expected. Very satisfied with this purchase

They look good and are a perfect size for my needs. I use them in the regular oven for a single or double serving to be heated up. They can’t go into the dishwasher, but I don’t really mind. I make sure to line them with a little piece of foil or parchment.

I have NordicWare sheet pans that feature a rolled edge over a steel frame. These are not even fully rolled and the edge is sharp. Beware if washing in soap and water as the sharp edge will slice dishpan fingers.
