I spent significant time looking for a bag. I believe this is the best one available. We've had the bag about 2 weeks and already traveled with it. Pros: We originally purchased a Badger bag, which had so many design flaws. After returning that bag I searched high and low for another bag. These are the reasons I bought this bag/after it's arrival the highlights I wold like to point out. This bag is sturdy material and seems it will hold through my daughter dragging her loved doll everywhere. The bed fits nicely and sets up easily. My daughter loves that she can see her doll's face in the window, and I love that the doll's hair will not get caught in the zipper like other bags I looked at. This is the only bag I found that could be both a backpack and wheeled bag. This bag will fit in the airplane overhead compartments. I love the various nets and pouches to place items in. This is a bit smaller than some of the other bags, which I thought would be a negative, but I actually discovered its a good thing. This makes it easy to limit how much my daughter packs, to about four or five outfits, including boots, etc. Note: It isn't enough to pack my daughters clothes, just the doll stuff. Cons: The only real negative thing about this bag is the conversion process from a backpack to wheeled bag. Unfortunately you have to remove the straps at the bottom of the backpack to remove the wheeled cart. It works, but takes much more time than I expected as those straps are wedged tightly in the clasps to hold the backpack securely. So if you want to convert the bag often and quickly, you may want to consider altering the bag to have a velcro mechanism on the straps, which of course might cause problems of its own. Second, I'm not sure how the bed will hold up after traveling with it often, but for me, it wasn't as high of a concern for me as the bag quality. The bed might hold well, its just too early to tell at this point. Overall, I'm VERY happy with this bag. This is so well made and really cute. I bought it for one of my 4 year old granddaughters for Christmas and it was the toy that made the biggest hit with the two 4 year olds and the 2 year old She had not gotten her American girl doll yet so they were playing with it with their baby dolls. They loved everything about it. The pockets to put clothes, bottle and diapers in. The bed and pillow and the window to see their babies. It rolled easily and then when they discovered it was a backpack too, it became a whole new toy. After she got her American girl doll, she got to be in it some but she loved it most for her baby dolls Very durable, so cute and not just for American girl dolls. You will not be disappointed with this purchase.

High quality for sure! My daughter took it on our vacation and it was great! She was able to fit several outfits in and I even made her put her iPad in and we took it as a carry-on. It met the parameters for size. It’s definitely worth the money and much better option than what I saw at the AG store. Highly recommend!

Good quality carrier. American Girl doll fits perfectly in it. Not too heavy for a kid to carry like a backpack. Lots of storage for extra clothes and accessories. Pretty pattern on fabric and the window is placed well so you can see the doll's face when she's inside. Great for traveling with a doll and some of the doll's stuff!

While this product is overall a steal verses buying the AG brand, the suitcase has me concerned for the shelf life and the Velcro bands are already coming apart. My daughter loves it and has used it daily since receiving.

After some research- I chose this doll carrier and really glad I did! It is really well made. There are lots of spaces for doll clothes and accessories- and then of course the added doll bed is just adorable. My 6 year old daughter LOVES it for her American girl doll.

This fits my daughter's American Girl Doll. It keeps her clean and works as a bed as well. She can pull her and take her for rides, its a bit short for pulling and she's only 7, but its not used for that often here. She's happy with the carrier. It's not American Girl Dolll quality, but not horrible quality either. Its acceptable for the cost.
