Green Goo Natural Skin Care Salve, Foot Care, 1.82 Ounce Large Tin

I absolutely LOVE this salve for my feet! Ever since I started nearing my 30s a couple od years ago, my feet started going from nice and naturally supple to crusty dusties seemingly overnight. My feet became constantly dry and the heels were always in some state of being cracked. I tried a bunch of different creams, lotions, and salves to try and restore my feet to look and feel hydrated, but all of those products only made them look hydrated but left my feet in the same condition after washing my feet. It felt like the product would sit on top of my skin instead of penetrate it. I got one of these as part of a subscription box (not from amazon) a few years ago and I decided to try it after it sitting in my cabinet for a while. At the time, I had really bad cracks in both of my heels that were bleeding and pretty painfuI, and I didn't want to use my foot file with them in that condition. I put some of this product on after a shower since I wanted the extra moisture to be held in by the product (this salve is more occulusive and looks/spreads like vaseline for context). I don't know what kind of oils it has but from the first day I put it on, I could tell a noticeable difference in how my feet looked and felt by the end of the day. Since my feet were in pretty rough shape, I started using after my shower and then once again right before bed. While it didn't fix the dryness or cracked heels immediately, over the course of two weeks my heels completely healed and my feet were no longer dry. Honestly, it didn't even feel like I had to file the skin on my feet anymore because they felt super supple and smooth. Eventually once my feet fully healed, I switched to a maintenance routine of 2-3 times per week once a day and still saw the the same results. I did notice that if I dropped my routine to nothing for more than 2 weeks, my feet would go back to being complete crusty duties 🙃 I will say, if you are sensitive to scents and/or don't like natural smelling scents, don't buy this. It definitely has a more medicinal/herby scent akin to salves and ointments my family would buy in Mexico. Overall, I absolutely love this product and it lasts a while. I would recommend putting on socks for the first 30 minutes after you put it on since its oily when it first warms up on your skin. It will eventually absorb into your skin, but if you're walking around barefoot when you freshly put it on, you'll leave oily prints behind.

This stuff is as good as everyone says it is. I have chronically cracked heels. I can’t just live my life without using something on them to help. I’ve been using a regular thick lotion and it keeps it at bay but the cracks don’t go away. I decided to try this stuff and after a week of putting it in before bed with socks, my cracks are GONE. I haven’t had zero cracks in my heels in years. Do yourself a favor and get the large size. I will be using this nightly for the foreseeable future.

Love that the salve has natural ingredients & a pleasant smell. A little goes a long way, to keep my cracked heals in check.

Hi, I usually love this product but I wonder if the formula recently change? The smell is very waxy and the usual natural smell is very faint. Not sure if it is a bad batch, but I'm disappointed with this particular jar. Thanks!

Don't hesitate! I've tried so many creams and lotions that did not work. This stuff is AMAZING! It is thick but is absorbed and not greasy like Vaseline. It really softened my skin and finally got rid of the crack I've had for months on the bottom of my foot. It doesn't smell quite as good as the Green Goo for Dry Skin that I tried first, but isn't bad. (Not like tea tree oil or menthol/eucalyptus.) I wish it wasn't so pricey, that is my only problem with it. But it is a high quality product and works! I've reordered the GG for Dry Skin in the larger size which is more economical. It's the only thing that cured my dry, cracked bleeding knuckles!

I bought this for a 5 day hike during the summer. My feet hate me, so I get all kinds of blisters and junk when hiking for days, with weight. Yes, I do wear moisture wicking, wool socks, and have properly fitting boots, and do many practice hikes in prep. I cannot possibly speak highly enough of this salve. In the evenings I would wash my feet, slather them in this stuff and put on cotton sleeping socks. In the morning it almost looked as if my feet were back to normal and hadn't been in boots the whole day before. I will be taking this on every hike and snowboard trip I ever go on. I even have the first aid salve as well and it works wonders on road rash, sore spots and deep bruises.
